What a refreshing change
What a refreshing change. Having purchased quite a large order yesterday morning £600 odd and paid for next day delivery, not only did they process it immediately it turned up with a notice of a two hour window the next morning for 3 very large boxes.
Having been waiting for 3.5 weeks for a similar order from Sports Direct/Game they failed to send it, and I have had to raise it with the credit company and send them a legal letter.
If you're going to buy in bulk, then PoundFun is definitely the place to buy. Top job team. Be very proud.

Underliverd order 😡
Ordered 6 boxes of Haribo small party bags. Paid for 2 day delivery 28th March 2025. I run a performing arts school and it was meant to be a small end of term treat for the children. Was given a Royal Mail tracking number which was invalid. Called the company as 4 days later no sweets, was told they would look into it and get back within 2 hours. Sadly no phone call.
I sent 4 emails with no response. Eventually I had to order from Amazon costing me 3 times the price. To date no sweets. Have now put in a complaint with PayPal. Very very poor service.

Great experience as a first time buyer on the site. Good price on the Funko Soda, fast delivery with Royal Mail and there was even a lollipop included in the box too. No problems at all.

Excellent products & customer service
I've ordered from PoundFun a few times now, and always been really pleased with my purchase. It's all quality items at extremely reasonable prices (I honestly expected a pile of tat when I ordered the first time, but was pleasantly surprised!) and shipping is fast and well packaged. I recently had a slight issue with a faulty item, and the customer service was brilliant - fast responses, and immediately offered a replacement without having to send the faulty item back. Unfortunately, the item was out of stock so couldn't be replaced, so they refunded me instantly with no issues. Highly recommend, and will definitely be using again for all my party bags & birthday gifts!

This company is fab! Don't hesitate to use. Second time I've used them. I messed up my order, emailed them; sorted very swiftly and kindly for me. Order came very quickly - ordered lots of items for a wedding. Everything was right and in the right numbers. Nice items at pretty amazing prices. Even got some freebies! Very satisfied customer.

I ordered party boxes for my daughter's party, I realised that I had ordered too little so I ordered some more and they came within a few days. Excellent quality and great boxes. Could definitely be using for my daughter's 7th birthday next year

I’ve brought many things from Poundfun it’s absolutely amazing and so cheap. My son was do impressed with the mystery box we got him at Christmas and he was more surprised when we brought things for his birthday party. Definitely recommend

Waited a week for delivery
Waited a week for delivery, when I got through by phone they were helpful and my order arrived two days later with two items missing, tried ringing again but no answer, I can forfeit £5 for the two items, extremely disappointed with this company so i will not be ordering again, they should check their invoices when despatching items, clearly not a very organised company.

My order arrived with missing items so…
My order arrived with missing items so I contacted Connor in Customer Service who said they were unable to send the missing items as they were now out of stock so the value of my whole order was refunded.
It was not a large amount of money but I was impressed firstly by the speed of response to my complaint and secondly by their willingness to try and make things right.
