Excellent service. Even though the company was closed due to holidays, I was still contacted personally to let me know when they were back at work and when my parts would be despatched. All arrived on time, and the parts are awesome.

It took a good bit to come in but that’s a given since it is a hard part to make. But the quality of the item is amazing. The only thing I say is that yall need to work on replying to emails or messages from your buyers.

Part was delivered with notice from the shipping Company so I know whe the Package was delivered.

I ordered your tank cap for the K100. The inner part rattles a bit, but that design choice is totally fine.
However, the inner part (the BMW logo section) arrived damaged, with a very visible router bit mark cut into the part. That’s not really acceptable on a €170 CNC-machined part, although I totally understand that mistakes can happen.
I therefore requested a replacement for the inner part. That was more than two weeks ago, and I still haven’t heard anything from the Powerbrick team, even after a second contact attempt via your website.

Being overseas you sometimes don't know what your going to receive but when I saw the smallest detail of how it was sent you know you've chosen people that care about even the smallest details of their product.
