Power Home Remodeling handled my…
Power Home Remodeling handled my exterior renovation in a very professional and efficient manner. Their team walked me through the options, stayed within the quoted price, and completed the installation cleanly. While many customers praise their quality and service, a few mentioned delays in warranty support, overall, I was satisfied with their commitment and results.

I was looking for someone to repair my roof
I was looking for someone to repair my roof, so i got on Anji an this company reach out to me to come out an give me a quote on repairing my roof, When the saleman came out with his tablet showing me about the company an this an that, that took over an hour, I don't care how many houses you have repaired, cause everyone going to tell you they the best, Only thing i wanted was a qoute. After he kept on talking a little bit to much for me i had enough, i ask him how much was it going to cost, which i already knew this company is to high for me, He told us it would be $77,000 . I told him that is to high an we wasn't paying nothing like that for a roof, he came up with a payment plan for $1,777 a month, I had to tell him we are done an stop wasting your time with us cause we not doing it, very persistent, But i nip that in the bud, telling him thank you for the sell pitch, but we finish here!! I WOULDN'T SEND THIS COMPANY TO MY WORSE ENEMY HOUSE!!!

Customer service Zero
Based on the reviews we hired Power to replace our windows. I guess these people didn't deal with the Sunrise, FL office. The absolute worst customer service and service department I've ever dealt with, especially since they have 20k of my business and actually wanted to do my doors after this. Still waiting to get the last window fixed over 2 months after the initial installation.
If I could assign them a negative star…
If I could assign them a negative star I would. The sales people are the biggest scammers I’ve ever encountered in my life. They come knocking with their sales pitch even though I live in a private property area with NO SOLICITING allowed. I am embarrassed to admit that twice I have been given bogus quotes that I agreed to and twice I’ve been scammed for almost $3K. I guess I’m fortunate it hasn’t been even more money. I am a senior woman on a fixed income and now I believe they seek out people like me. If there will be a class action suit against Power Home Remodeling please let me know. I very much want to be included.
Worst experience from the time we…
Worst experience from the time we answered the door. It was lies, high pressure sales.
So there is so much to start with. First someone comes knocking on our door, my wife answered, the young man use their " We are going to be in the neighborhood next week, would you mind if we came and did a quick window estimate? " My wife said ONLY IF THEY JUST DO A QUCK ESTIMATE AND LEAVE- NO PUSHY SALES and WE AR NOT IN THE MARKET but would like to see the quote. When the salesman came it was the worse experience you can imagine, I work out of my home office, was VERY busy and the very young and PUSHY salesman insisted I come in and listen to his pitch. He proceeded with a 2 1/2 hour sales pitch that used every known sales trick from donating to Children's Charity, pulling out huge suitcases of sales props, I made it clear the whole time that we were NOT in the position to spend money on windows. He argued with me and this very young in his late 20s telling me how to run my finances. The worst thing that insulted us is to try to sell our duplex small home windows for $21000 plus! The patio door alone was over $5k. Then he used the old 'Well we can use you as advertising program ' bs sales gimmick. His whole pitch was gimmicks and I feel sorry for poor defenseless elderly folk they prey on, They need to be stopped or file lawsuits, He tried to tell us that 11 year payments were fine and we are in our 70's , at a high interest rate. It was shameful and the person who comes to your door gets paid whether you buy or not so he is going to lie to get them to sic their pitbull of a salesman. I am going on every review site, Trustpilot, BBB and filing a complaint. I am going to see if their are others so we can file a class action suit on behalf of others that have been abused by this type of sales.
This company is awful and…
This company is awful and unprofessional. Waiting one year to have a storm door repaired. First called in fall of 2024. It takes three months for a service person to show up for an appointment. First time to come look at the sliding door and tech says need to order parts. Finally on Sept 3, 2025 tech showed with wrong parts and that didn’t fit. Now I’m told they can’t get the parts because the storm door is discontinued. Did offer a solution that I can replace the storm door for $4200.00. Ridiculous and I didn’t eleven write about three windows that still haven’t been properly replaced after the one year. Told those windows were discontinued also. They sale junk and don’t care, my experience. Would never ever do business with them again.
Nothing But Issues Ever Since Power HRG Replaced My Roof, Soffits, Fascia, and Gutters in March 2024
First, they had a dumpster delivered. The dumpster company drove on my lawn creating a ditch 13" deep. They refused to come out and fill it in. Power said the dumpster company is a separate company and there was nothing they could do.
Second, the workers were throwing the old roof shingles off the roof into the dumpster. They cracked part of my siding in the process. The inspector said that this damage was listed as prior damage. I showed him where the prior damage was and explain how this was not the same damage. He refused to do anything about it.
Third and definitely most infuriating, the day after the inspector who closed out the project left, the siding at the top nearest the soffit all along the front of the house started falling off. I promptly contacted the project team at Power HRG and they had someone come out and fix the siding a few days later. Then it happened again. This time I couldn't get in touch with anyone for weeks. Finally, I was able to reach someone after a month or so and they sent someone out to fix the siding again. THEN, it happened again, and this time I couldn't get in touch with anyone for months. In July of 2024, they responded to one of my emails, but didn't send anyone out. I tried to learn how to fix it myself, but the siding just keeps falling down. Now in September of 2025, I'm trying to reach out again and they're telling me that they don't have any openings until 2026.
That's not all either. In short, there are chipped shingles here and there on the roof, there are hundreds upon hundreds of nails all over my yard around the house and in the gutters, the gutters are NOT graded correctly causing plants to grow out of them in the spring, AND they convinced me to go with these 6" K style gutters, saying that they are better and don't need gutter guards since they're so large. Unfortunately, that's a total lie and now it'll cost the other arm and leg to get some type of guard installed so I don't have to clean them twice each year.
This company is all about making money by overselling, saving money by cutting corners, providing horrible customer service, and ultimately screwing over their customers.
All this company needed to do to be successful is take responsibility for the damages they caused and respond to my calls and emails.
WARNING Do NOT work with POWER HOME…
WARNING Do NOT work with POWER HOME REMODELING to install new windows!! If they knock on your door, don't answer---and alert your neighbors. This is supposed to be a large, reputable company, but they build their profits by scamming small homeowners. My daughter and her husband live in a modest neighborhood in Aurora, and took their salespeople on good faith. Turns out their excuse for horrific negligence and damage to their property safety and value was the "the sales guy was new." PLEASE REPOST and save your neighbors and friends from outrageously unethical and predatory practices. In addition, they give customers an app which looks cool but there is no way to contact a human to discuss these grievances.
Summary from my daughter is below.
o We were led to believe that the "frame" or the window opening in the foundation would be replaced as it was rusted. This confusion stemmed from the fact that the original windows to the home appeared to be made out of the same material and we did not see the difference.
They claim that this frame is not replaceable as it is in the foundation which another contractor we consulted afterward questions.
o When the windows were installed no cleaning, sanding, or painting of these awning occurred prior to the windows being installed. Other contractors have confirmed that this is NOT how this should have been handled.
o The main concerns are:
the hole in the foundation is not sealed because there is rust (one frame even has a hole)
if we try to clean it now post-installation there is no guarantee that where the window meets the metal is also clean
if we try to remove it, they claim the window could break (another very reputable contractor we consulted does not agree)
if we try to clean or rectify this we will probably void their warranty and have to pay for new windows
they gave us no opportunity or heads up that this was something to do BEFORE having the windows installed. Apparently this was because "the sales guy was new." So we are liable for their failure to train new employees.
Additionally, they never performed lead testing. The house was built prior to 1978 and in Colorado that means a contractor has to test for lead in the paint when removing just one window (they replaced 7)
o They are going to claim none of this was in the contract, but the contract was executed as a result of their deceptive, misleading, grossly unethical, and potentially illegal practices. We are probably going to small claims court.
Wonderful Window and Siding Replacement Project
Power Home Remodeling is a company with a complete team of experts at your disposal from the sales staff estimators, project managers and very competent installation crews. We had our 30-year old windows, siding, gutters and trim replaced recently. They covered our furnitures with plastic sheeting and placed runner mats on the floors to protect our home. The window crew was fast and efficient completing the job in one day. The siding crew removed the old siding and covered our thin masonite board with 1/2 inch plywood and wrapped the house with vapor barrier before installing insulated siding. That took about five days but the crew cleaned up every day and made sure we have a safe environment. Gustavo (siding manager) and his team did an excellent job. The house is now well insulated, quieter and protected from the elements. We are anticipating great energy savings.

BEWARE
BEWARE.
Several threads on reddit describing aggressive salesmen, not being able to get out of contracts, having personal information sold to third parties, etc.
Predatory sales tactics.
Came onto my property in the middle of a week day, knocked repeatedly, aggressively asked to come in to provide a window replacement estimate right then and there, and refused to take no for an answer.
Basically had to shut my door on them to get them to leave.
Their tactics should be considered harassment.
Think about - what legitimate company would need to rely on such aggressive sales tactics ti get business?? A good contracting company produces work that speaks for itself. They would not need to rely on harassing people.
Power HRG if youre reading this - in what world do you think aggressive door to door sales would be effective? Is it the 1950s?
Their warranty is rediculous
The product and company look good from the start. The main selling point is the lifetime warranty. The big problem is when you call for some warranty work, your scheduled 4 to 6 monthsout and given the famous"I'm sorry". When you have a screen go out in the summer or fall, a service call to fix it in the winter months is rediculous at best. Don't let them fool you with their sales pitch. The warranty is half assed at best.
Worthless Warranty
I purchased 12 windows from Power approximately 10 years ago. A couple of years ago I noticed a brown buildup between the panes. I called Power and they sent a replacement (which I had to install) at no charge, just as the warranty stated. Now, three more of our windows have the same problem. I called Power, only to be told that because of a change in window providers, I will be charged $180.00 per window. I was told this was the best they could do. So much for a lifetime warranty.
BEWARE. TRULY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
I agreed to a roofing project. Everything was going along fine but then the quality service manager ( who was really just another salesman) showed up to inspect the roofing job. He identified several other problems and suggested additional work that really needed to be done. NONE of these things were discussed at the original appointment. I was misled that their ventilation system was all I needed but then the second salesman wanted to sell me soffits. He also identified some fascia problems which were never discussed prior to signing the contact and added several thousand dollars to the price. If I add these items to the project they will get me a lower loan rate. The gutter system I already agreed to can not be installed properly without these upgrades. So I feel duped and now I have to figure out how to save the whole project without incurring about 9K in costs over the original price.
Do not trust this company. They have a very elaborate tag team set up and all is not as it seems. Everyone is very nice and they have a fancy app but their practices are predatory and they use high pressure selling techniques to get you to fast track a project. Beware!!!
improve quality support
they provide not bad service, but customer support could be better....
Three years ago with some coaching from…
Three years ago with some coaching from my Salesperson I gave Power Home a five star review. Time has proven (to me) that the windows are quite inferior as well as quite expensive. Two windows no longer slide up and down freely and my largest window in the front of the house get condensation on damp or rainy days. Finally got a service representative to come to the house, he fixed one of the windows that was not sliding appropriately. He also agreed that the large front window that was getting condensation needed to be repaired. I have never heard back from them. It also came to my attention that the folks who installed my windows were subcontractors and not employees of power. With this being said, I resend my five star rating from three years ago and reduced to a one star.
This has been one of the most disappointing and alarming customer services experiences ever
This has been one of the most disappointing — and frankly alarming — customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
After spending thousands on what was supposed to be a professional roofing job, I’ve been left with a patched-together mess, subpar craftsmanship, and a complete lack of accountability.
Since my last review on July 5, the situation has only gotten worse. A fourth repair attempt on July 7 was the sloppiest yet: the technician arrived unprepared, used the wrong tools, and left behind ripped shingles, damaged gutters, exposed nail heads, and large visible gaps. Instead of fixing the underlying issues, he simply added more patching — making the roof even worse.
Here’s the most troubling fact: this company never pulled the legally required permit for my roofing project. My township inspector has now flagged multiple code violations — including improper nailing, exposed fasteners, damaged plywood decking, gaps at valleys and flashing, and shingles that are not properly sealed.
After two years and four failed service attempts, my roof still has not passed inspection.
Even more concerning, I have documented proof that this company has provided mischaracterized and misleading information to government and state agencies during the course of my complaints. This raises serious questions about transparency, integrity, and compliance.
These are not cosmetic flaws. These are serious installation and safety issues that compromise my home’s protection. I’ve given this company every opportunity to correct their mistakes, but the workmanship, honesty, and follow-through remain unacceptable.
Homeowners deserve competence, accountability, and ethical business practices — none of which I’ve received here. Choose wisely.
Be careful when using this company!
Be careful when using this company!
I am not saying this is a terrible company because it is not. We've had good service and happy with their work. But we had a leaking window and 2 repair men came to do work inside my home today. They were only here for a short time (few hours) and one of them went into my half bath and took a big poop!!! How unprofessional and disgusting! If they come to your house, "babysit" them and decide whether it's something you will tolerate. When I called the office to complain, the manager said: "I'm sorry that happened. I will talk to him about that." WHAT??? NOW you're planning to talk to him?! You should have trained him to NEVER do that in a customer's home!!! I am furious and angry. What a mess he made.
FALSE
First after making an appointment there is no reason for 4 more phone calls to confirm that appointment. That is a huge red flag saying your company has no idea how to run it's own business.
Second give the quotes for the item that is requested by its self. Not married in with everything we talked about.
Third and the biggest. NEVER LIE.
Your sales people left my house went 5 house up the block and told the owners they had done replacement windows and doors for me and I loved it.
Thet are full of poo.
They only made an appointment thank God for Ring camera s I would have never believed it.
Your Company will never do work for me. I will be happy to cover with plywood if it came to that.
Lying leads to cheating and stealing.
