Terrible! You definitely get what you pay for. I know I should have known! Ordered the Templar XPro 250 and assembled it. Everything went fine and the bike operated good for the first week, after 20 miles on the bike it started making a terrible noise in the engine. So I called and spoke to tech service about it and for months they just kept telling me to check this and check that, I explained to them I work on ATV’s and SXS’s everyday and that I knew it wasn’t anything they were telling me to check. I didn’t want to tear apart the engine unless I knew they were going to send a new one. After arguing with them for a couple of months they wanted me to send back the troubled motor before they would send me a new one. Keep in mind after 20 miles on the bike this motor was shot and they wanted me to do all the work myself and be out of pocket for my labor and sending the motor to them before they would send a new motor. Terrible Terrible Terrible. You get what you pay for! Also customer service is like talking to children and they hung up on me several times because they couldn’t answer my questions so they would just hang up!

I ordered a buggy from them and it stopped working within an hour of use. I contacted them and spoke with a technician. He asked me to take it somewhere and have it looked at, which meant I had to pay someone to look at it. The mechanic I took it to said there was something wrong with the gear box, I reached out to the PowerMax sports and the told me to fix it myself and they would help to pay for it by sending me $100 dollars. The buggy was under warranty so I told them I needed to send the buggy back based on their warranty. We are about 48 emails back and forth and now they have completely stopped communicating with me. They do not want to take it back and do not want to refund my money. It's sad to have a company operate this way. Needless to say I will no longer be ordering from this company. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE NOT HONEST!

I ordered my son a fourwheeler on…

I ordered my son a fourwheeler on February 26th 2024, for his birthday which is March 3rd. I have not received it. I also paid extra to have it shipped faster. It is now March 17th 2024. I have emailed and called numerous times but all I ever hear is let us investigate ups to see what happened. I emailed them again today telling them I have waited long enough that it does not take that long to see what the problem is. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I WISH I COULD OF GAVE 0 STARS. They also go by the name maxpro and xpro. I'm so angry. I spent over $600. I will not stop til I get my money back.

Absolutely Pathetic

Run. Just run as fast as you can!!! I bought the XPro Roadster 250cc. It arrived extremely quickly!! I followed all instructions. I started it up and it spits, sputters, and backfires. $2300 down the drain. I’ve tried reaching out for them to not say a word to me. I’ll be visiting with a lawyer tomorrow on this company and showing them all these reviews against this company. I WILL GET MY MONEY BACK WHETHER THEY LIKE IT OR NOT. Scumbags!!!

they sent me a bike that was completely broken the clutch case was crack the headlight had to be adjusted I called for a new part they didn’t send me the right one had to wait another week for a wrong part now they are telling me if you want to get a refund you had to pay a fee to ship it back
Even thought the bike does not work when you pull the clutch in the bike want to
Lunge forward the bike is supposedly a 2023 they have no customer service number only sales the communication sucks. Save your money go somewhere else

Great mini bike!

The bike can in a timely manner and after assembly started on the 2nd pull. I did have to replace one screw that stripped during assembly.

Should have bought local

I followed all directions and it would not start. I contacted the company and was told to put the on/off switch in the OFF position to start it. It starts now but quits running when it is operated for mor than 20 minutes. When it cools it starts again. I should have bought a go kart from someone local. Additionally since I emailed the company I have been spammed on a daily basis. What an interesting coincidence.

Purchased 4 small ATV's for the kids…

Purchased 4 small ATV's for the kids birthday, only three showed up, no return calls, Zora Z emails once a day telling me to keep waiting (its been three weeks) and I just want my money back, I don't even want the forth cheap machine with broken parts when it is delivered. TRASH COMPANY WITH NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

wow!

wow! Do yourself a favor avoid this company! I ordered 4 4-wheelers 2 came in and they stacked them at the powersportmax and clearly stated on BOL do not stack! The other 2 came In and were damaged bent tore up. Now they hang up on you and make it next to impossible to get anything done. They only will help you through email but I cant even get them to do that. This company is SCAM!

Bad business …

I been dealing with a situation for 6 months , i returned their dirt bike because it didn’t run from the very beginning, Now after a month and a half they still haven’t returned my money after i returned the bike , they are a rip off don’t trust the guarantee..They waited for my credit card return policy to expire so after i return the bike they haven’t returned my money … I have proof of everythg i lm saying , what a rip off Powersportsmax

I ordered a 2023 hawk on Amazon

I ordered a 2023 hawk on Amazon, received a call last night, said red was no longer available, wanted to trade for a black one and compensate $20. I want the red one, I told the guy, so next step is to exercise my Ohio right on Bait and Switch law. If I wanted black I would have ordered black!! I know these are cheap knock off bikes, however I am very mechanically inclined and can upgrade.

I received a moped with a bent front…

I received a moped with a bent front axel and i contact the company immediately. i sent them an e-mail about it and they force me to provide pictures of the bent axel. they said they needed it to make sure they sent the right part. they had model number and vin number how could they not send the right.

X-Pro Bd125-11 125cc Motorcycle, also known as a Venom x22, absolute trash of a bike. Broke down on me multiple times, vibrates more than intercourse toys, does not reach to speeds advertised, poorly put together, electrical issues galore and this is just off the top of my head at the moment. There's so many things wrong with this bike, these guys should be ashamed of themselves for selling and marketing this as they do. This bike isn't even work $200 let alone $1600. Stay away from any company that sells this or any other bikes similar to this. I hope your company goes bankrupt to hell, to say the least!

THE WORST CONSUMER EXPERIENCE I'VE HAD!

With the issues I’m currently facing with them and all of the reviews and small claims cases brought against them, they have a clear, and very deliberate, history of scamming consumers. I am kicking myself in the butt for not researching them before purchasing THREE dirt bikes from them.

One of the bikes, an Apollo, is fine, but it’s the 2 Pro Max bikes they sold to us that are defective and they are refusing to make it right.

The X-Pro Storm, my son hasn’t been able to ride since we received it on 3/6 and my other son has only been able to ride the X-Pro Hawk FOUR times, for 15 minutes each time, and now he can’t ride it at all.

When we first contacted them, they said it was the carburetor, so they sent a new one, and we replaced as instructed, but obviously that did not work. Their ‘suggestions’ to fix them have been to 1) take the bikes to a neighbor to look at (?!) 2) they sent the SAME instructions to us via email 3 times and now they’re just ignoring us

We even took the bikes to a PROFESSIONAL mechanic (instead of a neighbor as they suggested), that exclusively works on power sports, who ran diagnostic tests. He said we were sold garbage bikes and to return them to who we purchased them from

Their ‘customer service’ rep has told us 2 times that we need to cooperate with them and that these are bikes and not toys 🤬🤬

They had asked for us to send them videos, which we sent on 4/18 and a few hours after we sent it, we received a message ‘the recipient server did not accept our request to connect’. On the 19th I sent a follow up to that message, and didn’t receive ANYTHING from them until 4/23. That response was them stating we sent the video to the wrong email - we REPLIED to the email address THEY were using when they asked us to send them videos

I was fine when we first started trying to troubleshoot the issues, but after a while with them giving us the runaround and ignoring us, we’ve requested FOUR times for them to send us the prepaid shipping info we need to return the bikes and receive a full refund for both bikes. They refuse to address that - I am very well aware they are trying to push us out to 90 days when their ‘warranties’ expire, so they can wash their hands of us

We are done asking them to return the money they have pretty much stolen from us. I swear, I’m not usually like this! I’ve NEVER had to threaten anything, especially taking someone to small claims court. However, after my personal experience and the experiences others have gone through, I have enough back up to file a formal compliant with the FTC.

I’ve seen consumers wanting to do a class action lawsuit against this company and consumers who have taken them to small claims court. There is enough evidence that this company has been scamming consumers by selling expensive, defective products, and then REFUSING to fix and/or refund

I hate to have to take it to this level, as I have MUCH better and more productive things I should be doing with my time, however, I’m not going to have close to $2,000 stolen from me and hopefully I can prevent this from happening to even more people

I have not actually bought a bike yet.. but I have had some phone calls to inquire about different bikes. Someone has answered every time and was helpful every time. I really think most of the angry people on here need to have a reality check. You're buying a Chinese bike/ATV that is being mailed to your house for dirt cheap! Of course Powersportmax is not going to refund your shipping cost and pay for return shipping. That would be suicide as a business, incurring a $600 loss every time someone whines about their dirtbike not starting and wanting to send it back. They are not a dealership, they're a warehouse and the prices reflect it, so of course they are going to encourage you to fix the bike on your own, send you parts, or try to reimburse some of your repair costs. As far as the bikes not working... well you get what you pay for. I see people on here crying about two $2,500 quads not working or not welded right. Come on! You would spend 10-15k on 2 name brand quads from a dealership. So you have to know this going in that there are a lot of risks including shipping damage, and you're going to have to be mechanically handy at some point in your ownership. Don't be so naive. You don't get to have it both ways when you cheap out like that. If you're willing to take the risk, potentially get your hands dirty, and have realistic expectations of the situation, then save some money and go for it. If not, save up a lot more money and go buy from a dealership.
