Powersportsmax Avis 101

I ordered a fully assembled ATV-W027 and it arrived with one tire that was a different size than the rest. The ATV worked for about an hour and then the engine stopped. I flipped up the bike to investigate and the pictured fuel line just fell off making the bike completely inoperable. Calls and e-mails to PowerSportsMax have gone unanswered. I cannot recommend this ATV or PowerSportsMax. I wrote a review on their website, but of course, it is never displayed, only 5-star reviews are shown.

Cheap nasty knock off products from China.
Customer service is crap
Delivery takes over a month
Foreign Tax charged without your permission
overall this company just SUCKS

Scam. I purchased a custom hoodie for my husbands birthday. It took a very long time to receive. I don’t think I would have received it at all if I didn’t send multiple emails. The quality of the hoodie is junk. It is paper thin and all of the seams are showing. I’ve contacted the company and they asked me to send pictures. I sent pictures and now they are ignoring me. I’ve sent at least 7 emails asking what I should do and they haven’t responded. I’m extremely dissatisfied. What a waste of time and money.

Wow I was going to order a 50cc motor scooter from this company, but after reading the customers reviews there's no way I'm buying from these people, I'm going to check out Amazon. I have a question though how does a company like this stay in business?

I've called 4 times and left messages and it's been 2.5weeks with no return call or anything and they won't even work on there own junk they sell...

If I could give a zero I would!!!! Horrible products. Won’t right the wrongs…..paying for a piece of junk. From other reviews there should be a class action lawsuit against them we have had our 4 wheeler to a mechanic twice since we got it 2 months ago wouldn’t even start when it was delivered. Bad Bad company please DO NOT waste your money.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FAKE COMPANY… They will not help in any way, not to mention your bike or quad will more than likely not Run out of the box, they will say it’s something you did and not help in any way… they are a scam, and if you have to talk to there fake ZORA mechanic, then it’s to late throw your money away before making a purchase from power sports max

Have only had the atv for a week and it will not start. Bought this as a gift and now i am stuck with something that cannot be ised. They keep asking for me to send a video. I have done this numerous times but they say they cannot open it. So frustrated right now. Technician will not even call me. Wish i would have read these reviews first. I just want something that works. I am willing to work with them. I just want them to work with me.

Finding and ordering a 50cc dirt bike for my son was super easy and they have payment plans as well. Shipping was fast and easy and got updates along the way. A few parts were missing so I called to get them sent to us. Refused to help me over the phone stated I needed to send in an email with pictures of what is missing and then they will send them to you after review. So I did. They in turn want to send me a refund and a link on ebay where I can get the parts instead of sending them to us. My son's birthday is in a few days and this was his present we now have to go hun for this parts in hopes to get it fixed before then. Highly disappointed with this company and their lack to meet their customers needs.

They would get a zero I purchased bike on July 9 2021 the four wheeler came July 14,2021 after assembly the bike would start the electric didn’t work at all or back brake light I took the bike to a licensed repair shop the fixed the electric start and the back brake light they said something is drawing the battery it’s a electrical problem the muffler constantly comes loose by engine I’ve spent 1600.00$ so far and the bike was 1361.90 I’ve been trying to get a new bike since I got this one I’ve only had for a week now and they refuse to send refund or even replace bike for new one I am very fed up and I will definitely be filling a law suit

If I could they would a zero. I bought a 200cc sport atv. When I got it there was and still is no manual for it and no installation instructions. And when I got it all together I rode it 3 times on a 3 mile road around the property and the muffler fall off the front bracket assembly holding the finder on broke so I have no muffler and no front finder. The carb. Is going bad and will randomly Rev up and will blow the motor. The electric start stopped work after ther 3rd start. And the battery is charged. They will not help with my problem and they don't care I'm going STOP ALL PAYMENT. because if I don't have something I bought brand new and it doesn't work for 2000 dollars. And they don't care or it cost 1500 dollars to send it back. They care screw them selfs. I bought it on 12 June 2021

I bought two motorcycles from them one of them was a defect when they learned of the defect they started dodging my phone calls they have one of the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with in a very long time and they will not honor the warranty, and if they do answer the phones they will give you the runaround so you can stop calling and fix your bike on your own

I bought a dirt bike from them, and it came damaged. It must have been put in the box that way because the box was in perfect condition and it was not damaged during shipping. I just want them to honor their money back guarantee and one hundred percent satisfaction guarantee and they do not stand by it. I wish I researched this first. How can this place still be in business? I just want my money back! I am about to file a case in small claims court!

Don't waste your money on the junk that this company sells. You will be disappointed in your purchase and their customer service is a joke! Forget about any type of warranty you see advertised as well.

We bought a go kart. There was a warranty on it.
After taking it out two times,the motor was smoking and rattling.
Two mechanics looked at it and both said it was faulty rings,motor
I have contacted powersports numerous times.they asked for a video of go kart smoking which I sent they only responded once,telling me that the smoke would burn off.
I've tryed emailing after that,with no response.
I believe they are waiting till after warranty expires.
Too bad we were going to buy another go kart as it is so much fun
Now we will buy from another company.
Buyer beware is all I can say about power sport max.
So disappointed.

Finally got help
And it was definitely the ring in the motor. They did send a new piston and ring after many emails.

Bought a 4 wheeler after two days it broke the whole axel snapped. They have a 50 day money back guarantee and will not honor it. It leaks gas and is a piece of junk. I do not recommend this site!

Bought a Gokart and they sent me a different and much smaller and cheaper one then i ordered, they will not answer any phone calls or respond to emails had to contact my attorney and affirm and try to resolve this injustice! Online fraud, Very dishonest, check google and the bbb ratings on them!

I have read a lot of bad reviews on this company but let me be honest about my experience. I'm an online shopper for everything and I purchased 2 of the 200cc ATVs. I got both my bikes in less than a week which was impressive. They came shipped and needed assembly which took about 2 hours each. I am a mechanical engineer so I double check everything. NOTE (NEVER TRUST PRE-ASSEMBLED HARDWARE). There were some things loose and a couple harnesses not fully connected and even spark plug wiring wasn't secure on one of them, but we rode them both about 10 miles with no issues. I will say that if you are not mechanically inclined or have some knowledge of electrical and small engine diagnosis, do not buy this product. Otherwise I am pleased with my experience. The negative is that they need help of a call center to answer calls. You never get through. It will be difficult if warranty issues arise. Please correct this asap

I purchased a spark 150cc scooter I had nothing but problems since I purchased it headlight won’t work can’t keep it running at all power sports do not back up there warranty they won’t send you parts if you call them they are rude and horrible customer service once they get your money good luck with this company
