Very quick delivery
Very quick delivery, product works very well. It is a bit flimsy in construction and how long the lead will last with my Roland Cube, remains to be seen.

Compatible plug for Shark
I needed a plug for charging my cordless Shark vac. I read that this plug would be compatible with my vac and it worked great. I did watch the plug the 1st time I used it to make sure lol and apart from the plug getting warm while it was charging, I think it charged faster than the original plug, so a thumbs up from me.

Speedy refund
I unknowingly ordered the incorrect charger and they provided such a prompt refund that I didn't even think to check it until 3 days after the money had already been deposited back in my account!

Wrong power supply
The power supply sent was wrong and did not fit my Asus laptop. Got a refund but had to pay for the return postage - which is just not fair when the item supplied is not as requested.

It was an ok experience
It was an ok experience. I bought a power supply for a Roland Amplifier. The products themselves are higher quality, electrical safety, likely longevity, than cheaper options on Amazon/Temu/Ali-Express etc, but, still a better deal than original branded versions . It arrived, it works. Thanks.
