Unable to get support which is a shame.
Have an issue with a product I was sent which is incorrect. Have been promised some help but none forthcoming.

Reliable if a little expensive!
The product (charger for my electric razor) seems effective and reliable so far. It took several days to arrive which was frustrating which was frustrating as it is rather expensive. Just about worth it though as both of my other means to charge it seem to have broken down simultaneously 🤷

Unfortunately the power supply I ordered was not suitable for my exercise bike, however returning was hassle free, and customer services tried to locate the correct adapter for me but were unable to do so and refunded my payment swiftly.
I would recommend The Power Supply Shop, and would use in the future.
