Just booked another holiday through PR Travel, will forever now go through this company. Always on hand to give advice where possible and ensure we get the best deals! Always available to book our usual very last minute holidays! Always goes above and beyond to get us sorted and be informative. Always answers my 1000+ questions! Would always 100% recommend PR Travel! Thanks so much!

Just booked my second family holiday with paul, I overthink and panic with everything but paul takes all the stress away and offers alot of reassurance. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Can't thank him enough

Toni was amazing from start to finish

What a breeze booking a holiday was with PR Travel Ltd

No hassle, friendly and helpful will be definitely be using Toni again for booking trips.

Used paul and team for many holidays and had exceptional service. However our last one was cancelled at the airport by tui due to the global IT issues. Paul an Toni spent there Friday evening looking for another holiday for us to go on the next day whilst we were in an airport hotel so our holiday wasn't ruined despite not yet having a refund. They were lifesavers and so glad we were not left stranded as a lot of tui customers were. Will highly recommend them to everyone.

Contacted PR Travel following a recommendation by a friend and we couldn’t be more happy with the service we’ve received. Prompt responses and friendly yet polite, they did all they could to find a holiday which met our requirements and they did! All sorted with great customer service throughout the process, I can highly recommend PR Travel and will use them again.

Paul and his team will go above and beyond to find the perfect holiday for you at a great price. The service is exemplary and since I started using Paul’s company I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I’m very particular about where I go and Paul’s patience with me has been way above the norm. Not that I’ve ever experienced any problems but one tiny hiccup I had in Thailand and he sorted it straight away. I’m a solo traveller and I always feel safe in his hands whether that’s down to picking great countries with beautiful hotels down to knowing if there are any hiccups, his team are there to help me, no matter where I am in the world. If I could give 6 stars I would. Rachel

If you’re looking for a Travel Agent that looks after you from start to finish, these guys should be your pick.
Paul and his team are consummate professionals with bags of knowledge helping you make the right decision on what is fast becoming a massive financial decision ie your holiday!
They also go the extra mile - we were stranded in Cyprus in July (no thanks to TUI) as a consequence of the world wide IT issue and we rang Paul to ask for help and they came through for us in our hour of need.
We couldn’t recommend them enough - the ‘old-fashioned’ idea of using a travel agent is very much being brought to the modern day with PR Travel. Thank you for your help - very much appreciated.

Just booked another holiday through Paul & as always fantastic service nothing is too much trouble & sorted our problems out straight away making sure everything was to our liking now we can just sit back & wait because I know Paul will do every thing else for us & all we need to do is turn up at the airport highly recommend this guy Thank you Paul your a star

I’ve had 2 holidays this year booked with PR Travel nothing could be easier I’ve also got another 2 booked in one for later this year n one for next year I’ve always used TUI but from now on I’ll stick with PR Travel

Brilliant company. We explained exactly what we wanted & some rough dates on when we could travel & Paul did the rest. He gave us half a dozen options within those dates, locations & price bracket we gave & was all booked in 10 minutes. Absolutely fantastic service, efficient & stress free. 5 star *****

Paul is amazing, I have booked 3 holidays through him, nothing is to much trouble for him to look for or sort out, he is the upmost professional, you get a first class service, thank you Paul, what would I do without you.

Brilliant customer service and always so professional and friendly! Always beats the online price and that’s a 5 star in my eyes ❤️

6 bookings with Paul
Absolutely fantastic, nothing is ever too much trouble.
Amazing customer service.
Paul has always managed to beat the quote, few screen shots and bookings complete, thank you for making this so easy ☺️

Paul and Toni go above and beyond to ensure everything goes smoothly on your holiday , recently our whole holiday with tui was cancelled on the day of our travel and Paul and Toni spent several hours on a Friday evening trying to sort us another holiday, which was no mean feat as there was nine of us and we eventually flew out the next day . Cannot thank them enough and will always recommend PR Travel.
