Practice Plus Group Hospitals - MSK and Diagnostics Bucks Avis 

I'm waiting for an NHS referral for an MRI. Yesterday I had a missed call from them so called back at 4.35pm. The recorded answer said admin was now closed (website says open until 6pm?) but offered other extensions one of which was Reception. I selected but it just rang and rang.
So this morning I called again.
First time I was put on hold then cut off.
Second time I was put on hold (with the annoying recorded message) for 6 minutes, then cut off again.
Third time I was on hold for 2 minutes and when I got through to the (I assume) admin person and explained that I had missed a call but was sure it was for an appointment for an MRI, she said, "you'll get a letter if you didn't answer" I asked if it was possible for her to tell me when the appointment has been booked for to be told, "this is why our line gets clogged up".
Anyway, after asking for the usual details (DOB etc) she went off and came back saying "you haven't been called yet".
I told her I had been called around 4.15 the previous day and she responded that there were no notes to that effect and I should just wait for a call.
I'm sure medically they're ok but as for the admin - absolutely woeful

The whole process of getting an MRI scan in 5 days was made really easy and non stressful . Highly recommend this company. Staff very thorough and helpful

I visited Practice Plus Group MSK with a friend and was really impressed with the care she received. I have been experiencing knee pain too and having seen her after her knee pain injection and how well she is progressing again I would definitely recommend them.

The venue was clean and welcoming, with good parking including disabled spaces. Welcoming person on reception. The appointment was carried out professionally and on time.

This was a true 5-star experience. My 90 year old Mum was able to book an appointment to have pain-relief injections in both knees. The staff were welcoming and extremely helpful and kind. The injections were administered quickly and efficiently and my Mum did not experience any pain or discomfort throughout the whole procedure.

What you see is what you get. Staff are always helpful,smiling and polite. Nice, clean and airey surroundings. Never stressful.

THE PROCEDURE AND RAPID RECEIPT OF THE REPORT WERE EXCELLENT.
The way I was called for the procedure was most unsatisfactory. I eventually connected with the nurse some 25 minutes after my appointment time She rather rudely asked me if I had gone outside. I said that I had been in the same seat in the waiting area since !0am. She said that she had called me twice, adding that she was renowned for her loud voice!That is as maybe, but the fact that she stood at the farthest end of reception is inadequate for people like me with hearing deficits. I was also surprised not to be offered, or given help to get on and off the couch. Given that I have a major mobility issue I think this is sub par.

easy booking , great staff during the MRI visit and on time .

This private Company takes work off NHS hands for a lot of taxpayers money, i was assigned to a physio even though i still thought my treatment wasnt muscle realatred it was more ligaments. I went through with the meeting and exercises and did excatly what i was told, after two months i was getting alot of pain in my arms and their was one follow up call from the physio(who when i spoke to said he would call me again. Anyway another two months have gone by now and no call back so i ring them up only to be told i had been discharged? 2 months into the 6 month treatment???
I spoke to a manager and even she said theres nothing that she could do, so dissapointed as now i have to start all over again... that appointment took over a year to get so i have wasted 1.5 years on these people trying to get fit and healthy.

Efficiency and time taken for whole process was probably 20-25 mins from arrival to leaving. And the scan itself was 15mins of that.

Friendly staff.

This service is complete rubbish. They keep you waiting for hours for them to answer the phone, just to tell you that you will have to wait 6 months to a year for an appointment. I suppose it is just indicative of our completely failing NHS.

I had a really good experience when visiting Practise Plus High Wycombe to receive a cortisone injection for my knee pain. It was a professional, well explained procedure. The whole process right from booking the appointment, was a positive experience.
