So for some reason wherever I ordered the bag from ...... added an incorrect shipping address ...not sure how that happened ..looking into it.

I had clicked shipping address is same as billing (and money would not have gone through with a wrong billing address- which was correct). I usually double check - so again not sure where that other address came from ...

Didn't catch it until it said delivered - to someplace I don't live.

Customer service has been interesting. I asked if they could be resent or if I could get a refund. Or if there was any recourse. Answer was here is the receipt. It was delivered. Crickets.

Not impressed. It also .took a few days to get the answer.

The zipper stopped being effective after only 5 uses. This was marketed as a " flight attendant" bag so high usage. Obviously an inferior product. Do not purchase. Customer service is automated and dies not read the reasons for return properly.

One month ago I purchased this beautiful bag and within that month both handles have multiple strings fraying from the edges and a ripped pocket on the inside. I was so excited to get it and the quality is poor poor. I
Thought it was a glitch and I purchased another And just received it. It is constructed the same way as the first one that is falling apart. My nurse friend has the same pragma nurse bag With solid leather straps. No bonding. Hers is beautiful and why I bought it. I intended to return The last order immediately and they told me they refused to take It back! I'm So disappointed. This quality is terrible. And they will not let me return it.I have just spent almost two hundred dollars. Unacceptable!

Ordered two bags and was told 4-10 days delivery. So far on day 13, have followed up twice with only one response. DHL are telling me to follow up with company direct and company response barely has a pulse. Feeling at this point like I’ve been duped with a scam.

Heb mijn tas helemaal niet ontvangen, denk dat ik opgelicht ben. Volgens track and trace is hij gisteren bezorgd. Maar mooi niks gehad, ook geen bericht van post.nl gehad.

Bin mit der Tasche unzufrieden. Sie hat einen unschönen Streifen und ist ein unförmiger Sack.
Retoure hat die Firma nicht akzeptiert.

Meine Frau hat bezahlt aber noch kein mail oder Tasche erhalten Ist sehr schade

Pragma is a perfect travel bag, good capacity,plenty of pockets with great security.
Bag is stylish and comfortable for travel by plane or train during my travels in Europe.

I received my Pragma bag and love it. There was a slight color defect and they expedited a replacement without even requiring a return of the first one. Great product and considerate response. I can’t wait to use it on my upcoming trip to Europe!

Ordered the convertible backpack a week ago; the money was deducted from my card but I never received any email confirmation or receipt from them. Emailed, messaged on Instagram but still no reply. Really, really disappointing customer service. I just want a refund at this point.

Leider war ich mit der gelieferten Ware nicht zufrieden und wollte das Paket wieder zurückschicken. Diverse Mails, um ein Rücksende-Etikett anzufordern, wurden seither (Februar 2022) nicht beantwortet, an das Geld komme ich wohl nicht mehr heran...kein Service, schade schade!

Verkäufer sehr unkopartiv. Würde nie wieder was bestellen. Hatte nur Ärger mit, ihm von wegen Käuferschutz bei Pay Pal
nichts. Bin stink sauer.

Der Rucksack war ok, aber zu groß. Besonders die Trageriemen sind für große Menschen bemessen, für mich zu lang. Ich wollte den Rucksack zeitnah retournieren.
Das wurde bei drei Versuchen unprofessionell und kaltschnäuzig abgeschmettert mit "Wir können nicht mit Ihnen kommunizieren". Ohne weitere Erklärung, ohne Vorschlag, wie man das Problem lösen könnte.
Über so ein Geschäftsgebaren will ich mich nicht mal ärgern, der Sack geht an die Ukrainehilfe, da ist er zu etwas nutze.
Kein weiterer Bedarf an dieser Firma.

Meine Bestellung wurde storniert, obwohl es beim Bestellvorgang hieß, dass der Artikel noch verfügbar ist

Rückabwicklung hat überhaupt nicht funktioniert, habe bis heute kein Rücksendeetikett erhalten.

Retoure nicht verbucht.
Keine Reaktion auf Mails.
Nicht zu empfehlen.

Die Bestellung ist nicht angekommen, war ausverkauft.

Bei Reklamation keine Rückmeldung; keine Übersendung eines Retourentickets trotz mehrmaliger Aufforderung; Rücksendung der gekauften Ware schwierig, da
1. die Firma in Kanada ansässig ist,
2. der Preis der Rücksendung ca. 50% des Warenwertes ausmachen würde,
3. bei Rückerstattung des Warenwertes die Portogebühren abgezogen würden.

Mein Fazit: Nicht empfehlenswert.
