Telephoned to ask for advice on a portable PA loudspeaker and if it would be suitable. Very helpful assistant and explained technical differences. Bought a QTX system.

We are sorry you were dissappointed with the FBT covers you ordered - sadly we don't manufacture the product so don't have any control over them. All the FBT covers I believe are just slip on covers.
You can return then unused for a refund within 14 days if you don't like them, no problem. Let us know if there is anything we can do to get you to improve the rating to our usual 5 stars - we would really appreciate it as our Trustpilot rating is really important to us.
