Great experience from start to finish.
Cannot fault the customer service offered by these guys at Prebeat, they go the extra step to make sure that you're well informed with deliveries etc.
Got a few freebies thrown in and probably the cheapest about when looking around for a sound system package.
Will definitely be using these guys again when adding to sound system and purchasing lights etc.

Delivery is too slow
Delivery is too slow. Ordered the item on a Monday 28th April to be able to use for the Saturday weekend event, they promised to aim delivery for 1st of May (3days) but unfortunately nothing came until the following week of Tuesday. Item is no longer needed.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review - we value all feedback - but no doubt we are sad it was only 3 stars. Just checking your order and I can see we have done all things as quoted and the order was shipped on 30th April. As this was only a very small order it is sent with TRACKED 48 on Royal Mail as quoted on the website.
I think it seemed longer days wise - but it is working days and you had the Easter B/H weekend which means 2 days are bank holidays - so 4 none working days in total and then delivered on the Tuesday for you. I hope that helps explain and thanks again - if you could squeeze it to a 4 star we would appreciate it.

I have been using PreBeat since 2019…
I have been using PreBeat since 2019 and I find their products to be both of a high standard and shipped promptly. I have had an occasional quality issue beyond their control, but the team have always sorted out the problem promptly to my satisfaction.
There are no "Perfect" delivery companies but I find PreBeat's use of Fed-ex means I am more likely to receive a product in good condition than many of the other courier companies.
Strongly recommended as an internet supplier, and probably even better if you can visit their shop!
