Matt called ahead to let me know of…
Matt called ahead to let me know of time of eta. Helpful so could communicate arrangements. Nice guy, polite and helpful. Took 1 1/2 hours to get up earth and stones down there. Also offered to clean kitchen floor where he'd been in and out but I declined. Above and beyond service. Professional and efficient. Will use again but hopefully won't need to.

I was very impressed by the service I…
I was very impressed by the service I received. From booking a call for a blocked drain, an appointment was made the same day. The camera showed not only was the drain blocked but that there were three breaks in the pipework. The drain was cleared that day and the pipework fixed two days later. It could have been done sooner but that date suited me. The engineer was very helpful and fully explained the procedure to me. He, and the member of your team in the office were very friendly and kept me fully informed of who was coming and at what time. I would certainly recommend the company to my friends

The 2 gentleman who worked on my…
The 2 gentleman who worked on my property were great , friendly and professional. However I did find it a bit expensive , use of camera for 10 min cost £170+vat. Its rather pricey

We do appreciate your comments regarding the cost, and we completely understand that drainage investigations can sometimes feel expensive, particularly when specialist CCTV equipment is only required on site for a short period of time. Our pricing reflects not only the time the camera is in use, but also the specialist equipment, engineer experience, travel, insurance, reporting knowledge and the ability to accurately diagnose issues within the drainage system.

Actually had a human being (Charlie) when I rang up. Very helpful. Luke who eventually came was delayed but kept in touch by phone so we knew what was happening. Relief!!

Excellent Work
Charlie and Josh came out at 8pm on Friday and cleared the blockage successfully. Excellent work and done with care. Josh and Dale came back on Tuesday morning to descale the pipe and fix a problem in another pipe. Again excellent work and done with care. All 3 men were polite, pleasant and easy to converse with, and nothing was to much trouble. I would certainly use this company again and highly recommend them to anyone

Overall good but frustrating communication
The admin and phone team were very helpful and a good service. I was frustrated on the day as I repeatedly asked for and was told I would get a call from the engineer in advance but instead he just turned up. The window was the whole day.
