I booked a plumber for Monday and was…
I booked a plumber for Monday and was told that I would be texted any time from 8am to let me know when they would arrive. As 5.45 I assumed that they were not arriving, as I had received no communication. I rang Tuesday early and was again told that I would be texted. By late afternoon no-one had contacted me, and when I telephoned, I was told that no-one would be coming. I did get an apology and assurance that someone would come after 1pm. Finally Dale arrived and resolved the problem efficiently - 5 stars to him. 3 stars average as I wasted a lot of my time.
