Precise Surveyors Avis

Would rate these guys a 6 if it would give me the option. Superb service. Would recommend to anyone who requires a surveyors report.

Only had a level 2 surveyor report as we are moving into a house only 8 years old, so did not think a level 3 was necessary. After the appointment was completed we had the report back next day and was very clear and very thorough.

James was also very happy to answer any questions we had regarding the report.

Fantastic company and people and if we were to ever move again in the future would be using these guys for the surveyor report.

Jamie was extremely helpful and detailed with the survey report, making sure that we were happy with his findings and answering any and all questions we had for him.

Very happy with the quality of the survey report and the service received. Would highly recommend 😊

A very thorough survey and worth every penny. The Director, Jamie, even called me a few days after without being prompted to go through the main points, along with some practical advice to some questions I had. A great local company (that have good local knowledge) that I highly recommend!

Best money I've ever spent. We fell in love with what we thought was our dream home and I was actually back and forth whether to have a survey done or not..... even though everything looked fine to me with the house, Matt and his team uncovered things that I couldn't see that would of cost me upwards of £250k in the near future. Matt and his team are professional, informative, prompt and honest in their findings. Having a young family we decided not to move forwards with the house in the end, even after the vendor reduced his price by £200k after the findings of the survey. Can't recommend these guys highly enough. Thankyou. Chris

A very professional and personal service delivered from start to finish.
Kerry dealt with the initial enquiries and appointments in a very helpful and reassuring way.
Matt provided the survey and follow up in a way that was easy to understand and once again reassuring and professional.

Precise Surveyors provided a friendly and professional service that kept me informed from the outset. The survey was very thorough and Matt contacted me to discuss the findings of his report and answer any questions I had. I would definitely recommend this company and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.

A very thorough survey and a follow up call to ensure that I understood the findings of the survey.
I would highly recommend Jamie Taylor, who in my eyes went above and beyond.

This is our second survey through precise, Jamie and the team could not have been more helpful. Professionalism, kindness and efficiency throughout.
Jamie always had time for me, regardless of being pre or post survey, his knowledge is invaluable and he has saved our bacon more than once. We could not recommend Precise Surveyors enough!

The inspection was carried out in a timely manner and the report was available within a week. Excellent customer service, please with everything and I would not hesitate to friends.

I was given absolute no nonsense professional advice and guidance from beginning to end. Plus questions I had, I was given a full brief of what to do. I definitely recommend to contact Precise Surveyors if you require a survey. Thanks.

Precise Surveyors have carried out a couple of survey reports over the last few months. Both Jamie and Matt have been very helpful and supportive during the whole process. Their advice has been invaluable, they answered every question I have asked in language I could understand and relate too. I would 100% recommend Precise for anyone who is buying a property.

Jamie provided a prompt and thorough survey of the property we were considering purchasing.
He followed up to answer and questions which might have been raised.
Our thanks for a clear, professional and useful survey report

I instructed Precise Surveyors to complete a Level 2 Homebuyers survey for a property I am currently in the process of purchasing. After some initial problems with the website, the survey process itself was completely flawless. Precise arranged access via the seller's agents and completed the survey, asking for my key concerns before mobilising and then providing a list of key issues prior to the final report setting these out in more detail. Having just been through this process, I would highly recommend the Drone Survey option, this was really useful for my particular survey and highlighted some really useful details that wouldn't have been spotted without it. Overall, would definitely recommend Precise!

Very happy with our Precise survey!! Surveyor took time to talk through the report with us, and provided very valuable advice as to next steps which is helping in our negotiations!
Thanks again!

Matt was excellent from start to finish, very professional and very efficient. Would 100% recommend! Will be using again, thank you!

Matt Billingham has been my surveyor who inspected the property and produce a very detailed and in-depth report. Matt is very knowledgeable in this area which can be seen from the well explained survey. Matt has been extremely supportive in the follow up process too and offered additional support and explanation where required. Matt has also outlined suggestions on 'what to do next' for the areas of the property that need further attention. I will definitely be using services again in the future and recommend to family and friends already. Thank you for all the support!

Matt was extremely professional, polite and courteous. The survey he conducted was excellent in every way and was written up and received the following day. Absolutely fantastic service, would recommend to anyone.

This is the 2nd time I have used Precise. On both occasions the booking process was simple, communication was clear and frequent, the report was comprehensive and clear and the follow up call with Surveyor (Jamie) was extremely useful

Well organised service delivered in professional but friendly way with excellent local knowledge
