Great overall, but did need to regrip the bat.
The bat was as described and still in the wrapper. Shipped fast and communication was great. The only reason for not 5 stars - was the grip was breaking down and the material sluffing off. After a couple of initial rounds of breaking in, I needed to re-wrap/grip it. Not a huge deal as other than that the bat was pristine. I would buy from you again.

Amazing!
Had a mishap with delivery (my own fault), bat was returned to sender and they went above and beyond to get another bat shipped out to me before they even received the first one back. My daughter loves her bat and I will def be buying from them in the future!

Satisfied but grip is no good
On time delivery. Ordering process was simple. One bad on the bat is the quality of the grip tape that comes already on. It didn't hold up longer than a week. We had to replace it.
