Honestly
Honestly, I think this store has cracked the code to making shopping fun again. Their website is so user-friendly that even my technologically challenged cousin managed to place an order without calling me for help. The delivery was faster than my cat’s nap time, and everything arrived in perfect condition — no broken bits or missing pieces. If only all online shopping could be this entertaining!

I ordered for a client and it did not come in town. I tried to call your 855 # and it did not work last week. When you spend this kind of money on a nice bottle of champagne, you expect first class delivery. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed and went a different route for my client.

We are sorry to hear you are upset Rod. Our phone lines are closed outside of office hours. You are free to call us back when we are open or to leave a voicemail. UPS lost the package and we tried to work with you to resolve this and in the end we refunded you fully as you requested. It seems like you were determined to be dissatisfied.

UPS tried to deliver the package (3 times!) before returning to sender. All packages require an adult signature and this is made clear on checkout. We also provide email alerts when the product has shipped.
