Great online service and quick delivery. Very happy with my purchases

To reiterate what many people have said previously. I had an issue with the Evri delivery; it basically wasn't happening. I raised an enquiry, and within half an hour, Gaynor emailed to say a replacement was on its way by next-day delivery, while they sorted out the issue. You really can't get any better than that for customer service—a great outfit.

Ordered a reversible scoreboard to be delivered by Evri. Evri failed to deliver on two attempts (parcel too large). Contacted Premier Darts and Gaynor swiftly sorted another delivery with Royal Mail which arrived the following day. Great customer service, very friendly and issue promptly resolved. Thanks

Ordered a couple of different types of points came the next day which you can’t fault. Had one slight issue with a set of points but after contacting the support we managed to find a solution in less than a hour. Great customer service 👍

Ordered some darts through premier darts they failed too reach me and premier darts took the matter into there own hands and lauchened there own investigation admittedly I thought that was a polite way of palming me off but no more then a day later there investigation had found I was due a refund or my order re-sent very fast acting and great customer care will continue too order from here for the foreseeable. Can't wait too get my hands on the darts now😊.

Ordered some flights they arrived damaged. Contacted and they have replaced and resent. First time in plenty of orders where I have had something turn up damaged. Would highly recommend.

I placed an order on-line for a set of darts, however these failed to arrive. I made contact with customer services, who were excellent and resolved my issue promptly and without fuss. A replacement set of darts were delivered within 24hrs - this was excellent service, and I was kept informed through out. Thank you Gaynor for resolving my delivery issue.

Awful company. Been trying to return a product all week but zero customer service and their returns portal simply does not work. Just a front for Amazon sales this place but without the ability to return.

Purchased the Chalkie Plus darts scorer in June, initially very good service. Used twice and now doesn't work. Turns on but you cannot select any options. Tried to contact the company through their "Contact us" No reply at all. Now have a dart scorer that simply doesn't work. Not good enough.

Update: Company have been in touch and apologised for the faulty scorer. They have now sent out a brand new one after I sent the faulty one back. Dealt with professionally and expertly.

Consistently my go to darts supplier online and they never fail to deliver great service. Their stock levels are always very good and their website is easy to navigate, provides great product information and simplicity for ordering. One of the bug positives are their reward points which can add up to nice discounts quite quickly which encourages yet more darting purchases! Their customer services are efficient at dealing with queries as well. My only minor issue with the website is the fact that you cannot save products to your account wishlist permanently until you are ready to buy, instead you have to put them in your basket but that should be an easy resolve for their IT department. Great service, great product range and a loyal customer here, highly recommended by me.

Used disk company many years bought five scolia systems for charity league bought 2 more scolar systems when 15% off last week. It said 33 pound in points each on the photo which I have and the lady won't grant it even though it said it on their website. That's the only reason we use them for the point system. But dart's corner, what's cheaper? Better delivery definitely better aftercare, just money grabbers.It's a shame because

only a year ago I would have said this is the best online retailer in the world. Something has clearly changed there customer service has gone downhill since the end of last year and there seems to be no accountability. I brought a set of darts which never arrived. It took me over a month to get my money back. Will not be back.

Really impressed with Premier Darts for both their customer service and their dispatch and delivery. I have placed a number of orders recently and all have been dispatched same day and arrived the next day, even one on a Sunday. The customer service when needing to return items is always friendly and get back to you in a good time frame. They have a great selection of all things Darts related and will continue to use them :) top service

I bought the unicorn smart board, I was so excited to finally get one as they have been sold out on the official website for a while now. And this was listed at a slightly cheaper price than the unicorn website. Shipping was super fast, I was so excited to get it set up, I picked the box up and thought wow it’s surprisingly light! I was expecting it to be made of a special, lightweight material, or that I’d accidentally ordered a soft tipped dartboard version by accident as those are much lighter than normal dartboards. I was shocked when I opened the box and found it was empty bar for the accessories and the booklet!! I immediately tried to contact this company and could only submit a form online as their call centre was closed. They got back to me immediately the next day- this was on the 29th. It is now the 10th, I have had no communication since and when I last chased it they told me that it was with Amazon. I’ve expressed concerns that I have no product and that this is a scam site and have had no reassurance or time frame that my issue will be fixed! After reading online reviews I’ve noticed a few people having issues with them. Buy from reputable companies and the official sites! It’s not worth the stress and loss of money from not receiving the item!
