first time i have ordered a set of darts, was quite sceptical to from a company i've never heard of, read reviews pretty mixed bag, took plunge on a set, not even 48 hour's after i had ordered they were in my hand, who is delivering these items blooming barry alan(the flash)

WILL be using these again for more items

Absolutely fantastic company. Each order we have had has been super quality, very prompt and customer service is excellent. One of the delivery company's unfortunately damaged the item and after informing Premier darts of my concern while tracking they had already re shipped a new item special 24 hour delivery. Even when things don't go to plan, Premier Darts problem solve to the very best of their ability as quickly as they can. We are incredibly grateful for their service.

Item was delivered to a different address I am unable to retrieve the item as I don’t no where it is and premier darts won’t replace or refund saying it’s delivered.
100 pound item left behind someone’s bin as per tracking information no signiture for a high cost item.
My experience with this disturbing seller will be share with the darts community there behaviour has been extremely poor.

I can't fault Premier Darts. They stock a large range with plenty of options. The service is quick and reliable, and if in the very small chance there is an error the team couldn't be more than helpful. Recently placed an order, the service quick as usual all the products were great and of high quality, unfortunately the points during the transportation had fallen out the packet (which are the packets the brand uses not Premier Darts themselves) and 2 of the 3 had managed to fall out the packaging, an unfortunate accident really. This happened over the weekend, I emailed the team and first thing Monday morning the team couldn't have been more helpful or quick and getting back in touch to apologise and say that they were posting out a replacement pack of points. It's worth noting the points and reward system alone is worth using Premier Darts as the points aren't long in stacking up which can then be used for discounts. Great company, great service and great range.

I was buying some new darts as well as some other accessories, and chose Premier Darts based on it's competitive prices and great selection. I accidentally ordered the incorrect weight of darts (I didn't tap the option) and only realised once I got the confirmation email. I contacted them via the online portal and they responded quickly, however the items were despatched ever more quickly and so they were already on their way! I was directed to start the returns process upon receiving the darts, which I did as soon as they arrived. All of the other items were perfect and as expected. The refund for the darts was processed the day after they arrived back with them, so I can't fault that at all. I will definitely shop here again.

What a fantastic company, ordered a dart on release day and it arrived next, can't asked for more than that, we use again for sure !

I've had two experiences with Premier Darts and both times they have gone above and beyond to sort an issue. Honestly the best customer service I've ever received on both occasions.

My parcel which cost a fortune was left without providing any instructions to do this..... Parcel isn't there and Premier Darts are giving me the response of report this to action fraud!

Having played and bought darts for over 20 years, this in my opinion is the best online shop you will find.
Always have a great selection and their customer service is second to none.
If I’ve had issues with deliveries or just a general enquiry they’ve always helped and gone that extra mile

Had original package delivered by Evri but found the box was empty, possibly stolen from my doorstep...
Gaynor was so helpful and made sure a replacement was sent out quickly to arrive in time for my husband's birthday.

I ordered Dobey darts and white K-Flex, but unfortunately, I think they were stolen. I contacted Premier Darts about this, and their communication was excellent they were very clear and helpful throughout. They’ve sent out a replacement, and I’m very grateful for the great customer service they provided. I’ll definitely be back!
