had a very disappointing experience with Premier Parking Enforcement Ltd.

I paid for parking in full, yet still received a £100 charge for allegedly not parking wholly within the bay. The reality is that the bay itself is poorly maintained and not practically usable. There are overgrown hedges encroaching into the space and debris at the rear, making it extremely difficult to manoeuvre properly or even exit the vehicle safely if parked fully within the lines.

I explained this clearly in my appeal and provided evidence, but the response I received was a generic rejection that completely ignored the actual issues raised. There was no consideration of safety, bay condition, or the fact that the parking space was not fit for proper use.

This feels less like fair enforcement and more like a revenue-driven approach where genuine circumstances are dismissed without proper review.

I would strongly advise others to be cautious when using parking areas managed by this company, especially where bay conditions are not adequately maintained.

Very frustrating experience.

I rated Premier Park Ltd and their payment app SIppI one star because there was nothing lower. I parked in one of their car parks in Exeter for 40 minutes. Upon paying I had to download the SIppi App. This took a while. Upon trying to pay the App failed several times. Eventually I managed to pay and departed. Weeks later I received a PCN with a demand for £100, of £60 if I paid quickly. I wrote back and said that I had paid the £2.20 for the parking and send them a snapshot of the payment screen from Sippi. Weeks later they say they have no reference of it’d of any payment or permit, but they are happy to accept £20. Premier Park Ltd are complete rogue traders and Sippi, their payment App, is useless.

I recently moved into a two-bedroom apartment with an allocated parking space. A week later, I received three parking tickets. I took them to my landlord, who confirmed they were issued in error and advised me to appeal.
Despite this, my appeal was denied on the grounds of “no permit” — even though my tenancy agreement clearly grants me parking rights.

I do not intend to pay these charges. If this matter escalates to a court claim, I am prepared to fight it. The last parking management company that tried a similar approach ended up losing badly at Birmingham Civil Court when they attempted to obtain a CCJ against me. See you there.

This is Scamer and frud company. Just parked for 2 mintues to drop off the family and then send me Penalty charge notice. Very stupid and no office and calling many time but no one to pickup the phone.very sad

SCAMMERS parked in doctors surgery saw poster asking for number plate. No device available to input the number plate receptionist says dont worry about it. Tried appealing said i have evidence that i was attending a doctors appointment all ignored. Surgery sends a text out on the 13/3/25 to let everyone know system is live ticket received on the 24/2/25. Now asking for a £60 fine.poster has been up for a while but no device has been available to input the car reg.

I am not trying to run away from paying. If this is correct I will pay, but don't abuse me in the process...
I really believe this is possibly a legal SCAM!

There registered address is with a firm of solicitors whom have no interest except they could try and pass on a letter if you send it in 😠
It appears that the fine will continue to double while you desperately try to find a way to paying....
Apparently people are receiving hectic fines and CCJ which you know impedes on so many things
Payments and correspondence conveniently get mislaid or never received...
How can this continue to be a thing for companies to get away with in 2024.

I have followed up the address given in Mint Drive Hockley. The place is a residential gateted complex. I made enquiry about the company and they said no offices are based there just the address used for postage. Something is totally off with this 🤔

It should be -1*. Number one fraud company. We parked inside the parking bay and paid but still got a fined saying that it was not parked wholly inside the bay .we tried to contact the company they ignored us . They even did not send us any evidence. We didn’t get the first fine’s letter. They send us the 2nd letter with £100 fine as we didn’t pay on time . As we didn’t get the first letter how could we pay the first fine .

This should be a zero star. Scamming company making a load of money that won't take any issues or appeals into consideration. I stopped my car for merely seconds and did not park. Takes months to finally get a reply and when you do, the unprofessional staff will tell you to go straight to small claims court, which I have done purely through principle.

Bunch of scumbags. Used a disabled for 15 minutes as no child spaces availble, its not possible to get child out and pushchair in a normal space....why dont you monitor the child spaces too?!

Its the shops that lose out as i wont be visiting the retail park again

I got a PCN from this company on Saturday night at Paper Mill Parking Digbeth . I had paid but was literally 1 inch over the white line. I was getting to my son who had been to the German Market and had been badly assaulted and had his mobile phone/bank card stolen and was then taken to Digbeth Police station to do a statement. You could imagine how panicked I was and wanted to get to him. The car park was also quite empty. I have done the appeal and explained the situation but they are still saying I need to pay (which I won't) . The company looks very suspicious on companies house and no online payment in 2023 probably tells me all I need to know. Im wondering how others have got on with this company when refusing to pay, did they chase etc.? Would love to find the land owner on the car park if anyone has any ideas how to go about this?

Got a PCN which is a Parking Charge Notice. Dont pay it!
Website doesn't work. It shows the offence and when you go to pay website is down. And the premium number doesn't work to take payment. It just to someones EE voicemail.
So this alone will stand up in court if they ever take you for not paying. Trust me.
Also the dodgy company is dormant as in non trading. Trading standards will get a update soon.

Absolutely appalling behaviour, which I hope their customers take note of.

I was refused an appeal against a Parking Notice despite their customer, who I had been in discussion with, requesting them to call for confirmation of meeting.
In trying to pay the amount unable to pay on the internet website but no message to say it was out of order, called the company number on the website.
4 options which all led to an answerphone message and no one answered or replied to a voicemail left.
Tried calling the premium rate number on the ticket which kept failing to recognise card details, so more funds to their account.
Checking the company details which I found on the, I ran a search for them on companies house, which took some digging.
It says the company is active but when you check the accounts the company is declared as active but when you check the accounts it shows for a dormant company and shows no trading information, so why is it still trading? In fact it has been dormant since 2017 so have the payments been declared to HMRC.

The e-mail replies I got back from my appeal were unacceptable and they showed no intention even doing what was asked of them by their customer.
