Premium Clean LTD Avis

Excellent service - my sofa has come up a treat! Polite and professional with great communication. Highly recommend.

we have used premium clean several times in the past few years and have recommended them to several friends/family member. We have all been incredibly impressed with the work. I highly recommend them for whatever you are looking for.

I decided to call Premium Clean for our end of tenancy cleaning. The team came on time: 3 energetic girls, who did a fantastic job, with absolutely no supervision (I had no time to pop by, while busy with the move). The flat was sparkling clean in less than 3 hours, with outstanding results on limescale. Communication was good. I would definitely recommend

The team arrived a little early and got straight to work. The service was efficient and friendly and the results are fantastic.
I would definitely book with Premium Clean again.

I needed to get an end of let clean done remotely as I wasn’t able to visit the flat. All my questions were answered promptly, the cleaners arrived exactly on time, and when I was able to get to the flat to check it they had done an excellent job. I would recommend them.

End of tenancy cleaning booking process was easy - Kiril wrote back in 1 day after online form has been sent, a few hours after the payment our day/time were confirmed.
Cleaners were ok, follow-up visit was required (understandable, 3-bed house), no questions asked and no resistance from management at all - they really guarantee their service.
I would be confident to book them again.

The cleaners that visited the property were on time, professional and did a fantastic job!

Booked this company for my carpet and sofa clean after my tenant terms finished.
Nick came on time and did a fantastic job, all the stains came out completely.
They using very big and professional machines, everything looks on a higher standard.
He is a very polite and nice person, very smiled and explained to me all the process.
I will definitely use this company in the future and highly recommend it to my friends and family.
Thank you for the great service.

We are super impressed with the professionalism and amazing service from premium clean. We had our carpets deep cleaned in one of our buildings and we could not fault them.

Went with this company purely on the reviews on this site and was not disappointed. Rating speaks for itself. Everyone from the team I dealt with was friendly and helpful and sorted out a couple of issues right away. The job itself was done well and will definitely be using them again and be recommending to others. Thanks guys!

In a short time I have used Premium Clean twice for end of tenancy service. The first time was for the place I was moving into. I was happy with the service that I booked them a second time for the place I recently moved out from. The service was excellent from the start. Received a timely quote via email, able to book a time slot easily, on time arrivals and results of both places were superb. Thank you!

Eva and staff were great. Spotless

Booked to have my carpets and rugs cleaned. Had a few marks which needed additional effort but have come out well. All look like new. Prompt. Efficient and polite.

Thank you so much to Nick for the premium carpet clean at my mothers house. She was very impressed. Nick arrived promptly and was very helpful and thorough. We also recommended onto a neighbour.
Have used Premium clean for 2 x end of tenancy cleans previously & always are very professional and thorough with their work.

Just wanted to say thank you for your fantastic services and team- they made the burnt stain on my carpet disappear!

I booked Premium Clean for an end of tenancy cleaning and was very impressed with their service. Booking process was easy as Kiril and Dan outlined what to expect. Cleaners showed up right on time and left everything spotless. Needless to say I got my deposit back in full!

I used Premium Clean for an end of tenancy cleaning for a flat in London. The company were easy to communicate with and Dan was very helpful over the phone. I wasn't present to meet the cleaning team, but when I went to check the flat it was absolutely spotless - they clearly did a very thorough job. I would use them again and would highly recommend. I thought the price was also very reasonable.

Very impressed with the work. Our carpets in our new property were badly stained and were pleased with the results. Very professional and wore a mask.

I used premium clean for the third time recently to steam clean by carpet, mattress and sofa. I have always found this a very good service, punctual, efficient and a high standard of work. Very reasonable rates, options to pay in cash or card. I’ll have no hesitation in calling them next time!

Absolutely brilliant end of tenancy clean! Thank you so much!
