A great company with excellent products who places Customers first
The paint arrived extremely quickly (the next day). The paint was as described and excellent on my fences. A very good long-lasting protective coating.
There was a small issue and Customer services (Jack) resolved immediately and exceeded my expectations.
This is a great company that you can trust to put Customers first and who also stock 1st class products that you can rely on to protect your property.

Poor service.
Delivery company used and the costumer service was poor and best, only reason for the 2 stars is that the products are great (once I actually got them after 2 weeks +).

In this instance, your original order went out the next working day but was lost in the courier's network, and the replacement we arranged took longer to get to you than it should have.

Looking at your order history - FedEx attempted to deliver this two days after your order was placed with us.
The courier has since returned the product to us.
I have no record of prior communications with you regarding this - however, I have now arranged for a replacement to be sent out for you as soon as possible.
My apologies for the delay.
AVOID THIS COMPANY - Absolutely appaling service
I honestly cannot believe how badly this order was handled. What should have been a straightforward paint order turned into a 6 week nightmare. They managed to send us the wrong colour paint FOUR times!
Customer service was absolutely awful. Trying to get hold of them was a nightmare, and whenever we did make contact, we were constantly fobbed off with excuses rather than getting the problem sorted.
To make matters worse, all of the paint times arrived with no labels whatsoever, so there as no way of even knowing what had been sent. When we finally opened the tins to check the paint, the consistency was like water!
For six weeks we chased, waited, contacted them again and were repeatedly robbed off. The amount of time and frustration this caused was ridiculous.
At this point, it felt less like dealing with a professional paint company and more like dealing with absolute cowboys.
We eventually gave up and ordered the exact paint from another company and guess what?! It arrived correctly the very next day and the consistency was so much thicker like paint! No hassle, no excuses and no time wasted.
Save yourself the frustration, wasted time and your money. DO NOT purchase your paint from this company. The delivery, product handling and customer service were completely unacceptable. We certainly won't be using them again or recommending them.

they advertise 2-3 days delivery we ordered our paint on 24/07 and did not receive it until 03/08. had to call them for an update to be told there was a problem but they did not think to inform us as a customer that there was going to be a delay which in turn affected our work programme

Thank you for the review. Ten days against a 2-3 working day delivery is well outside our normal standard and we completely understand the frustration, particularly with a work programme depending on it.
While the overwhelming majority of orders arrive within that window, in this instance, your order was unfortunately caught up in a supply chain delay from our manufacturer.
Notifying you of that delay sits with us and we didn't manage it on this occasion. This is definitely an area we as a company will aim to improve on.
