Thank you for letting us know, and we're sorry to hear the coating has lifted. Paint peeling from a floor usually points to something specific about the surface or the conditions at the time of application, and it's worth getting to the bottom of properly.
Please email sales@premiumpaints.co.uk with your order number, a few photos of the affected area, and any detail you have on the substrate, how it was prepared and the conditions when it went down. Our technical team will look at it and come back to you with a route forward.

Excellent product
Excellent product! Couldn't be happier with the finish, looks good and professional, the only advice I would give is make sure you fill any cracks (no matter how small) before hand as the cracks will show through once the resin sets.
The only reason for 4 stars is the delivery was a bit slow, it was suppose to be a few working days but took closer to 2 weeks, apparently there was a stock issue.

Delivery time was not good the only decent delivery time was the last order I made and you sent me the wrong colour and type you would think after two previous orders you would get it right you never sent me my order until you got your wrong item back

In this instance, the wrong item was picked at our end. All returns come back to us before a replacement goes out so we can trace where it went wrong, which added to the wait.
It shouldn't have taken as long as it did, but we're glad it was resolved in the end.

The paint was delivered on time and was very good but we ran out of paint we re ordered but it was out of stock and after chasing delivery a couple of times you told us that you couldn't tell us when delivery would be so we cancelled and ordered paint from another supplier

Waited 3 weeks for next day delivery when I spoke to delivery company it was damaged they didn’t tell paint company that was left down to me poor courier company even worse paint company was promised the next day delivery because of this two weeks later the product arrived paid twice the amount anywhere else but didn’t mind as it was next day never use this company

In this instance, a late delivery into our warehouse held up the orders behind it, and our response times slipped alongside it while we worked through the backlog.
Customer service is atrocious.
We initially ordered two tins of tarmac sealant. Unfortunately, one arrived severely damaged in transit and was impossible to open. Even the delivery driver commented that this was a regular occurrence with the company, apparently due to poor handling and inadequate delivery logistics.
We contacted the company, who agreed to send a replacement. They collected the damaged tin within 24 hours, but it then took over a week for the replacement to arrive. As we were working to a deadline, we unfortunately had to place a second order, which itself took nearly two weeks to arrive.
Throughout the process, communication by email was extremely disappointing. Responses were slow, unhelpful and felt focused on avoiding the financial consequences of their own delivery and logistics failures rather than actually resolving the issue for the customer. There was very little sense of ownership or urgency, despite the problem being entirely outside our control.
The product itself is fine, but the overall customer experience was extremely poor. The level of service and organisation is simply not what I would expect from a professional company. After this experience, I would not use them again and certainly cannot recommend them.

Thank you for the review. A replacement taking over a week, and a reorder taking nearly two, is well outside our normal standard and we completely understand the frustration, particularly with a fitter booked.
In this instance, the damaged tin was reported to us at 1:26pm and our first response from a member of staff was emailed at 1:29pm, to request further information. By 2pm a return label was sent and a replacement had been arranged.
The wait after that came from an unpredicted and lengthy delay from our manufacturer, which unfortunately affected our estimated delivery dates across that period.

I purchased the Everest-Ultimate QD…
I purchased the Everest-Ultimate QD Concrete floor/patio paint for my slabs and I have just painted them.
So far it's looking great so I'm just about to order more.
I used Sandtex Masonry Paint before but unfortunately it started to come off but now realise it's not for concrete slabs/paths!!
