I had a very positive experience with Premium Plates.

The quality of the number plates is excellent and they arrived exactly as expected. Throughout the process, I received regular tracking updates, so I always knew when to expect delivery.

I contacted customer service once to ask about the estimated delivery time, and my query was answered promptly and professionally. It was reassuring to receive such a helpful response.

Overall, a smooth and efficient service with excellent communication and a quality product. I would happily use Premium Plates again and would recommend them to others.

Shocking quality products. I ordered 2 separate sets of plates, the first set where simply their Regular plates and within a year both front and rear had faded and were no longer legal. I then ordered a set of Gel plates and within 2 days the letters began dropping off. I have spent over £100 with nothing useable to show for it.

During ordering my road legal number plates it appears I inadvertently toggled down to 'custom plates'. The order confirmation email I received did not show which plates I ordered, so I was unaware of my mistake until the order was delivered. However it should have been obvious to staff that I wanted legal plates as I had provided a V778 document.
It seems Premium Plates are more interested in taking your money than providing good customer service. I won't be using them again and have now ordered my plates from another business (which doesn't offer a custom plates option).

Do not use, looks like scam, many messages sent , numerous calls no reply no revert back call, no chat responses . Do not use, it's been ,9 days plates have not yet arrived.
I also paid the fast postage.

Website was easy to use, good range of options and sensible prices. Delivery was fast and well communicated. Defo recommend them to others.

Ordered plates from them. Tried to contact them on their 3 different numbers, and no answer. My gut feeling is that this is a scam company and I will not get my £50 odd for 1 plate. These reviews must be from family and friends. Can this company prove me wrong ?

I had a problem with the plates I ordered, after a few days one of the numbers on the front plate came off and I had to glue it back on. I contacted Premium Plates via email and they replied almost immediately. They apologised and have sent out another set of plates for me. Excellent service and I would highly recommend. Thank you

The plates are probably fine, but the delivery is terrible and expensive.
Ordered Thursday 9th, to set off Wednesday 15th at 11am, but it okay I've got 'Priority Delivery Fully Tracked - Order before 2pm' which cost over £10...
Had to go to Halfords Wednesday morning. Not sure they came before the Friday.

From ordering the plates through to delivery I was very happy with both the service and the items, they were as advertised and you can’t ask for more.

Their ordering system is confusing and I ended up with plates that I can’t display as they’re not road legal. They refused to rectify the problem saying it’s my fault so I’m now out of pocket and will use a better company next time!
