“Order by 2pm for premium delivery” what does that say to you? What it doesn’t say to me is that it will take 3 working days to dispatch and then having to pray because they use evri. Pointless ordered it for a mot and came well after it. Terrible customer service who just throw hidden facts from the website at you. Would never touch again Also the documents upload feature on the website never works.

Excellent product at a very good price, unfortunately the service was let down by the delivery company Evri.
Our motorhome was parked on the drive with its door open to help stopping it getting too hot.
The Evri driver was too lazy to walk a few more steps to our front door as he should have done where we could have received the parcel. As it happened we had an email to say that it had been delivered with a photograph which at first we did not recognise it which is when we reported it as being delivered to a wrong address as it quite often happens in this area. It was only later that with studying the photograph that we realised it was our motorhome entrance door.
Total idleness on behalf of the courier.

There are a lot of people making plates out there so did my research and settled with premium plates due to the ease of the website to make what I wanted along with a good all in price plus postage.
The website for ordering gives a really good range of options to make what you want for your car so you don't have to settle for something that isn't quite right.
Unfortunately when the plates arrived the box had become damaged in transit and plates had damage to them. The delivery company wouldn't accept any accountability, however, when I told premium plates about the issue, showing the transit damage, they fast tracked replacement plates the next day.
They arrived undamaged and are now fixed to my new car.
