Really prompt service. Ordered a turntable over the bank holiday weekend and it was sent out first thing on Tuesday, arriving on Wednesday. Can't fault their service.

I recently purchased 3 items from Premium Sound. The initial purchase was flawless including the very quick delivery with email and phone communication.
Then I realised I had made a mistake! I wanted to return the integrated amp and change it for a pre amp! Again, flawless communication with Fin and the guys I sent the amp back, they very quickly sent me the right one and promptly reimbursed me the difference in price. I am so happy with Fin and the guys for making my hifi buying experience perfect.

Prompt service and delivery

I wanted to get a nice turntable than the one I had and settled on a Rega Planar 1 because of a review I read but hadn't realised I had ordered the Rega Planar 1 not the Pre-amp version the Planar 1 Plus. Despite my error Premium Sound arranged collection and whilst in transit delivered a new Plus version at just the cost difference. Delivered perfectly first time, no hassle with a return, sorted my mistake at their expense - what more could you ask for from any business !

The price was excellent for these particular speakers, ex demo but in pristine condition. Delivery was prompt. Very happy with my purchase 👍

I purchased the Yamaha R-N2000a integrated amplifier through their website on Saturday afternoon, it shipped on Monday and got delivered to my house in Iceland on Thursday. The box was very well packaged.

When inquiring about their products through email they promptly answered with detailed answers to my questions.

I am overseas customer located 7000miles away. Cut the story real short - I flew all the way to the UK store, made few appointments to listen to the various combi, made the purchase and the goods arrived at my place in no time. Voila. From UK to Singapore. Subsequent purchases were all via email exchanges. Great experience and more importantly, as a paying customer you must feel that trust, have the communication and be comfortable.

Premium Sound were an absolute pleasure to deal with.

I wouldn't normally buy audio equipment without demoing first. However I decided to buy Focal Clear Mg with a Fiio K9 Pro Ess.

Ultimately, the Focals were not suited to my listening requirements as their was too much clipping at the really low end at high volumes, especially with high dynamic range music from the likes of Hans Zimmer. I thought they might be faulty at first and sent them back but they were not faulty, they just weren't up to the task of what I needed. I was advised to go for a planar driver headphone and decided to go with the Dan Clarke Noire XO headphones. These were absolutely stunning out the box and exactly what I was after. However, the K9 Pro wasn't powerful enough to drive the planars at 2.1w. I asked if I could send it back and purchase the K19 with its 8w output. Wow! What an amazing combination. Absolutely grinning from ear to ear with them.

This whole process was inconvenient to Premium Sound but they never once complained and did absolutely everything they could to make sure I was a happy customer. They were so swift and the commuication with both Alex and Zani was second to none.

I couldn't recommend this shop any more if I tried.

Ordered a Ruark Radio/Speaker. Original colour ordered was not available, but I was notified immediately and an alternative offered, which I accepted. Whole transaction dealt with very smoothly and the item arrived within a couple of days.

I came across this store from the web during my endless researches to rebuild again after 40 years, my new HI-FI system. I have longed to rediscover my passion for records with all the old school vibes that come with it for quite sometime. My new sound room in my apartment, will include the perfect match of the three: " Speakers, Turnable and Amplifier..........
My love story for this store began by finding and purchasing at last and after a lot of researches, the best first component of the three, the Elac Debut 3 DB63 Bookshelf Speakers. I couldn't be happier with the choice I have made and they will marry perfectly with the next two elements in my HI-FI system, soon to be purchased too. So this is a brief outline of my first experience with Premium Sound.

But now, let me put a real and well deserved focus on this London store. Coming myself from a retail background in customer service, I can't commend and praise enough the owner of this store, for giving us the most knowledgable and exclusive bunch of people, working at Premium Sound. My special attention goes to Fin, for tirelessly helping throughout the process....
Fin has displayed a genuine interest in me and in what I was looking to achieve during my endless emails to him. With the outstanding help from Fin, I have now settled for my perfect speakers, the Elac Debut 3 DB63 bookshelf Speakers and I am soon to purchase from Premium Sound the turnable I have ben looking for all along, the Technics SL-1500 in silver and the Yamaha R-N800A also in silver. The combination of these three will be exactly what I need for my need.
