Cannot book, they are neglecting basic rights due to having uncapable infrastructure just to take a booking. Shocking that a first world country uses this system. They deserve a huge lawsuit.

Honestly i wasn't sure about booking this way, but i cannot fault the process, no matter what questions, what time, they always answer, i would 100 percent recommend , no doubt in my mind i would use again if i needed to, absolutely excellent service

Appointment success
Prenota expert was recommended to me by someone on Facebook. After a year of trying to get a citizenship appointment at the London consulate, I took the plunge and paid Prenota Expert for their help. Within less than 2 weeks I got an email from the consulate confirming that I was booked. Prompt, speedy and always responsive to any emails I sent, I would recommend Prenota Expert to anyone else struggling with the consulate’s booking system!
