Professional and helpful when I was asking about products and services. By the time I ordered, I was happy and confident that the choice made was right for me and my goals.
The package arrived as and when specified, no delays "cos COVID/Brexit", Safely too, very happy with the measures taken to ensure it arrived chilled and intact.
Working my way through them now. They're filling and taste great.

The food is good and price is reasonable.
The delivery is a bit slow. It would be good if you used deliveroo or something like that to deliver freshly cooked meals the same day if you have a kitchen in the city. Otherwise its understandable 😌

The food is good value for money, fresh and tasty. The portion sizes are perfect and they come in sturdy tubs. The delivery was also on time and any concerns were swiftly dealt with in a polite, timely and friendly manner. I would highly recommend Prep UK for meal services. You can tell the chef has a passion for his craft and that the business pays attention to authenticity.

There were a few issues with delivery and once delivered, a meal was missed out. However, pRep UK were quick to respond and really helpful to solve the above issues. Great service!

Absolutely fantastic! I was skeptical ordering meal prep online especially one that caters to a halal diet. The food itself is 10/10 I cannot fault it. I ordered a week sampler and will be placing an order for a month. I don't need to look elsewhere are the service is top notch. If there is one problem I have it is FedEx. DPD provide an hour time slot in which they deliver and is usually earlier in the day so I'm not hanging around. This would make it phenomenal if you decide to use them. But otherwise keep up the fantastic work guys 👌👍

food quality is amazing.. however I wish they would change the courier company

I’d been going to prep on and off the last couple years for a healthy lunch etc but since Feb this year I’ve been using the meal prep service and it’s well worth it. The weight loss package is helping me stick to macros, tastes incredible and keeps me full. Managed to snag discounts on bundles and it’s working out great. Collection is easy, saves me cooking for hours on a Sunday. The cottage pie or bangers and mash are my favourites. I was never really a fan of sweet potato mash but Lashaun is a magician with it. Always quick to respond over social too.
