Very informative call from a very friendly professional man

My experience with the staff is very good, the doctors are very friendly, calm and understanding, I am very happy to work with them but I have a problem with the pen, on the last dose the pen gets stuck halfway and won't let me get to 1. This is the second month I've had this happen and I only take half of the 2.5 dose. I have watched the video countless times and I have not been able to unlock the pen and I am left with half of the untaken dose. Please solve this problem.

I had tried several other prescribers who turned me down on the grounds I was type 2 diabetic which is crazy as I was nearly 4 stone overweight and really ready to try mounjaro . My local chemist offered me this I paid privately and yes it’s pricey but was worth every penny!
