My consultant is always polite and helpful, he gives me advice on the best foods to help me loose extra pounds.

Regular consults unlike online prescribers. You can discuss progress and concerns. Helpful and always asks questions, taking your answers into consideration. I have never been pressured to moving up doses.
When there was an issue accessing MJ due to shortages, they were able to help me so I wasnt behind with my treatment plan.

My telephone consultations are always excellent. I have never been pushed into doing something that I don’t feel comfortable with. The advice and support I receive are second to none and any questions I have are answered professionally. At no time have I felt that I should increase my dose. I have always been listened to and, in fact, I have stayed on the same dose for the last few months and only now have I increased it.
