Prestige renovated our house top to bottom, taking on all aspects of the project. Jay understood what we wanted strait away. We are extremely happy with the results. Windows, electrics, heating, fitting, building, carpentry, scaffold, decoration, site manager Stass - all excellent with a good team on site. Any problems (out of their control) were worked through and we were provided with options. The house is now better to live in than we imagined.

Prestige designed and built our kitchen extension, which included adding a utility and WC. As part of the project, they laid a rear patio and mosaic tiling at the front of our house. We are delighted with the results - and although there were a few issues along the way (down to factors outside of Prestige’s control) they worked hard to rectify them to get the project completed.

We had a new kitchen floor installed. The team were professional, conscientious & the workmanship is of a very high standard.

We initially had our children’s bedroom renovated and the quality and finish was so exceptional that it put the rest of our flat to shame! We are now having our hallway and bedroom completely renovated including new storage and shelving in our living room. Excellent communication, all the team are extremely efficient and tidy. Would and have recommended to friends!

We have used Prestige Build twice now, both major projects, and highly recommend. We did a side return in 2017 which has completely transformed our house. They listened to how we wanted it done, which was different to others on the street, and did a fantastic job. Great communication throughout, polite and friendly builders and gave advice and options on building issues when needed. The build quality is really good and has been commented on by many people. We have had no issues with the side return and it is now almost 7 years old. Excellent job.

Due to the high quality finish and ease of working with them on the side return, we got them back (2023) to extend our loft, remove a chimney stack and repair our roof. The end product is once again fantastic. They managed to give us more headroom than we previously had, replumb so we no longer relied on macerator toilet, widened the staircase, without losing space below, and built a good sized extra room. Snagging issues were minimal and dealt with swiftly.

Prestige manage the whole project, from architect drawings, planning and building. They are a reliable, trustworthy company who do a high quality job.

Prestige managed our build which included a loft conversion, bathroom which included knocking 2 rooms into one and opening up the kitchen - including repurposing a garage as a utility room. Jay and his team worked hard to keep things on schedule maintaining a high quality finish. They are a great team that were very respectful, friendly and polite with a good eye for detail.
We lived in while they worked in the top, middle and bottom of the house, Jay managed the build to minimise disruption in the areas that we needed to keep in use. They were always very respectful of that, keeping the bits we were living in tidy and clear of materials.
I would definitely recommend them.

Entire team were great to work with (neighbours even complimented them which is rare during a noisy reno!). Work was finished to a really great standard.

This is a very professional and highly skilled company. My washing machine outlet pipe had leaked causing the whole kitchen floor to warp. The project manager visited and immediately removed the machine to reveal the broken valves, organised a plumber for the same afternoon and a dehumidifier machine for the day after. I cannot speak highly enough of the skill of the carpenter who laid a new wooden floor once the walls etc had dried out. He managed to find wood that very nearly matched that of the adjoining dining room, did a beautiful job laying the new floor and he and his fellow worker were meticulous in doing smaller jobs like replacing and painting the skirting . They were both very friendly and helpful

We’re glad we trusted all the excellent reviews of Prestige – their work on our Victorian house and garden has been superb. We began work on our kitchen project in October 2022 and finished in March 2023; we knocked through the wall between the dining room and small kitchen, and knocked out most of the back wall onto the garden to install large french doors and windows. As we’d expected due to the age of our house, some complications did arise in the early stages (including demolishing and reconstructing the chimney breast, concrete pads for column beams, extra structural inspection), but these were dealt with efficiently. Project manager Jay was an essential part of everything going smoothly – he’s highly professional, and is clear and friendly as well as super efficient. His team are also excellent – really skilled and with a great attitude. So much so that we decided to use Prestige to rebuild our patio and carry out extensive hard landscaping in our garden. We were particularly impressed with the brilliant work of our carpenter and the precision of the team working on the patio plus the garden room. Because the work was so extensive, we did have to make sure we were keeping up with the various additional works and costs, but Jay was happy to go through all of this with us. He visited the site above and beyond the call of duty to make sure everything was going well. We are so happy with the transformation of our kitchen into a beautiful space and the heart of our home.

Prestige helped us take on our first ever house renovation from February to July 2022. From the very first meeting, Jay was professional, calm, reassuring, and conscientious of what we wanted to achieve.

The project was - initially - a side return extension. The level of finish Prestige have delivered is fantastic, and we have absolutely no regrets about choosing Prestige to take on the job. Every member of the team was considerate, polite, and worked incredibly hard. We felt total confidence in them taking our house apart and rebuilding it!

One thing - they might be more expensive than other build companies, but you get what you pay for. From the level of finish, to the thorough and personal service from Jay, to the after-build attention, Prestige deliver on what you'd expect.

And as expected with any work on a Victorian house, complications started appearing throughout the build. But instead of using that as an excuse to strong-arm us into paying more money, or hacking through the problems without consultation, each time Jay and his team explained to us thoroughly what the issue was, and gave us options on how to tackle it.

We have ended up with a beautiful house that we couldn't be more proud of, and would definitely recommend Prestige to anyone considering using them.

Prestige carried out work in 2019 for us and in 2022, carried out extensive refurbishment works on our flat including a new bathroom, new kitchen, new flooring throughout and a bespoke bedroom wardrobe built for an awkward corner. We had to live out of the flat while the works were being completed, Jay and the team kept us up to date and informed of progress and any issues that arose. The finish of their work is of a very high standard, and we are very pleased with the result. The team were polite and friendly when we visited during the project. I would highly recommend Prestige.

Update: After further discussions, Prestige sent one of their builders over to fix the issue (no cost to us). Gytis was very professional, friendly and knowledgable. Thankfully his fix helped stop our roof leak for good, which was a great relief given that we kept being told that we needed to replace our entire roof by other companies. Thank you Gytis and Jay for your help.

Prestige completed a mansard loft conversion on our family home, a Victorian terrace in south London. This included complete new roof with a raised ridge, a new bedroom and bathroom, staircase, carpentry including fitted draws and wardrobes, eaves storage, and new doors throughout the house.

We spoke to a handful of companies but we were by far most impressed with Prestige’s approach. It was important to us that we found a company who understood exactly what we were looking for in terms of quality and finish, plus would give professional project management. From the outset Jay knew exactly what we were looking for, and gave us confidence we were in safe hands.

Throughout the build Prestige we’re great. Project management from Jay was excellent. Always felt like a tight ship and communication was always prompt and friendly. Jay and his wider team also gave few design recommendations and general guidance that we definitely benefitted from, examples such as the sky-lights, layout of the carpentry, and tiling. The guys on site were brilliant - very conscientious, friendly and clearly take a lot of pride in what they do.

We’re completely happy with the finished job, it’s still looking fantastic. Aftercare has also been great. We feel very lucky we found a company who genuinely want the best for their clients’ projects. Thank you Prestige.

We had a loft conversion, knock through between kitchen and dining room to create a large kitchen diner, new bathrooms, full refurbishment of the rest of the house, new windows and doors and landscaping of front and rear gardens. We had a dedicated team of hard working builders and the project was completed in 7 months which is impressive considering the amount of work. Jay had some great ideas for the property that we wouldn’t have thought of eg, getting rid of our porch to make a bigger hallway, sliding doors on bathrooms to create more space, roof lights over the stairs and loft shower and a large sliding door in the loft bedroom. He also provided advice on suppliers and his recommendations for tiles were spot on. The electricians were great too and we love the lighting in the kitchen. Overall we are really happy with the transformation that Prestige have made to our house.

A followup review. Jay and team did our loft six years ago and really happy with the work. We started to notice a leak and asked his team back to take a look. Turns out if was an issue with the water jumping over the eaves during heavy rain.

Jay’s guys were very good, and the job to fox this was actually quite complex. Needed complex scaffolding over the side return to get to the spot. They two builders spent the day to sort it out and test the fix. They also noticed a possible issue with ventilation, and did a few more works while they were there.

While this water issue was of course unfortunate, I’m really happy with the warranty service and the guys going out of their way to ensure we didn’t have any more problems.

So a thanks again to Jay and team, and great customer support six years after the original work. This is the kind of firm you want to do business with.

We recently used Prestige again to renovate one of our bathrooms, having previously used them for a rear extension and some extensive re-modelling of the ground floor a couple of years ago. Once again we are extremely happy with the results. Jay was fantastic at providing design ideas up front and helped us to decide on a layout that would get the most out of the space. He also suggested things we wouldn't have thought of ourselves, such as building out one of the walls to accommodate some niche shelving and recessed lighting, which have ended up being really nice touches. Once the work began there were a few things that needed to be tweaked but the team were great at suggesting alternative solutions whenever we ran into an issue. We also added a few jobs onto the list such as fitting some new lights on the landing, all of which they were happy to do. All of the plumbers, carpenters and electricians were excellent. Their work was done to the same high standard as the first time we used them, and they were all very polite and respectful of the COVID regulations. The work was finished in good time and on budget and we are really pleased with the outcome.

Thanks to Prestige for all the hard work. It's always a pleasure to work with Jay and the team and I would happily recommend them to anyone.

Between December 2020 and April 2021 Prestige did works on our property in South London. This included:
1) Kitchen extension (including demolishing existing kitchen)
2) new toilet under the stairs and a new utility room
3) landscaping front & back garden

The team are well organised and clearly have a lot of experience with these types of projects. It's important to find a builder that takes pride in their work (especially when undertaking significant structural work).

There's a lot of builders out there who cut corners. We chose to go with Prestige as they have been actively undertaking these types of projects in London for a number of years and have built up a solid track record.

Prestige are not the cheapest out there, but you pay for what you get & they provide greater peace of mind given their local track record. Prestige completed the works to a high standard within an agreed program, with a friendly professional team.

Jay and his team spent two months renovating our flat, including fitting two bathrooms and demolishing a wall to open up the kitchen.

Prestige are certainly not the cheapest construction company but it’s easy to see why. The quality and precision of the work from the plumbing and tiling to the flawless plastering, the attention to detail is obsessive.

Whenever unexpected problems came up with the build Jay would reassure me that there are no such thing as problems, just challenges. Every one of those challenges were overcome and we’re over the moon with the final results.

Prestige did an excellent job for us laying some parquet flooring and we have now booked them in for a full kitchen renovation. Excellent quality workmen and reasonable price, would highly recommend.
