We truly couldn’t be happier with Prestige. From start to finish our experience with them and their staff has been a pleasure. We had been back and forth many times changing options and our final result is just perfect! We decided on Moon Valley and it looks phenomenal. Thank you to Mark in the showroom for all your help and advice, the guy who came to measure for checking in everything would be how we want it and to Alan, Paul and Francis for fitting- amazing customer service, so friendly and professional and left zero mess, immaculate job well done. Absolutely thrilled with my worktops and splash-backs. Out fitters Craig and Elliot were punctual, did excellent work, cleaned up after themselves and gave really thoughtful care advice.

Excellent service from start to finish
Excellent service from start to finish. Showroom is amazing lots to choose from, staff very helpful. Once we had chosen our quartz the process was very easy, Sean came out to do the template giving good advice. 3 days later the quartz was fitted by Elliot and Craig who were very professional did an amazing job. We are very very happy with our new worktops and can highly recommend Prestige Granite & Marble.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service, starting with our first visit to the showroom to the fitting by Craig and Elliot.
The advice given in the showroom was knowledgable, helping us with decisions and other elements that we did not consider.
Craig and Elliot did a fantastic and quality job fitting the quartz. Joints are hardly visible and pattern/colour match where the joints are, are amazing - something we were worried about, but really was no need.
Fit, service and quality of goods were all fantastic. Highly recommend.

The service was very nice and clean
The service was very nice and clean, but we had a few niggly things. What the Kitchen fitter had done. Yes, Granite made us aware of them but only after having cut the template for the worktop which wasn’t helpful because we could have the Kitchen unit swapped aroundhad he not cut the template which left us very few options to rectify the problem so maybe in the future, they need to keep this in mind to advise people before cutting the template, I’m sure most peopledon’t mind paying the extra callout but having a good job otherwise very clean and professionally done

From visiting the showrooms to getting the templates done by Lee…and then fitting, the process was smooth, fuss free, and professional. We actually had another worktop installed as a desk area after the kitchen by Craig and Elliot as we loved it so much - they were so friendly, helpful, and did a fantastic job. I recently had a Statuario worktop fitted by prestige and I am absolutely delighted with the result. Everyone I dealt with were amazing friendly and professional. The fitters Alan, Kie and Francis were brilliant and couldn't have been more helpful. I would like to mention everyone by name but unfortunately I don't have their details.
