If i could give this a zero star, i would. This is essentially buying from Temu or SHEIN but through what looks like a small business store front. Quality was the worst and it says you can return within 30 days but you have to email them then they say you have to pay for shipping back to China. No joke. I have the email.

- Order took longer than expected to receive
- Order was for a pair of shoes. I received a pair of shoes, mashed together, in a bubble wrap mailing envelope.
- I'm in the process of attempting to return the shoes, but, after 3 attempts to contact the company, I have yet to hear back.

A representative at Preston Hayes by the name of Tiffany contacted me today to offer a 150% store credit gift card without any mention of the return. I sent two replies requesting return instructions. I have yet to hear back.

Two more emails sent to Tiffany at Preston Hayes today. I haven't received a response.

I had no idea when I purchased shoes in August 2026 for a wedding that I was scheduled to attend in early September that they wouldn't arrive on time. To exacerbate the matter the shoes would arrive in the wrong color, be too small, and then present nothing like the photos on the website. I'm completely disgusted. The design looked as if it was printed off of Temu. Whereas in the photos it looks like genuine leather.
After reaching out to customer service, I was in correspondence with someone name Tiffany, that offered me only 20% of my purchase. I paid 89.99 plus shipping. Only to receive radio silence at my final refusal of insane options. All I wanted was my money back. I have all of the evidence to prove this in my email strand with "Tiffany". I believe that these people know exactly what they are doing. It's a scam and a cash cow. I will NEVER order again. I think they don't care about bad reviews, because as long as people keep purchasing they've made their money. So don't expect to get your money back when Preston Haye's doesn't live up to your expectations.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. False information on product quality. Made in china- obviously without labels . Delivered with speedx which is what SHEIN products get delivered with. Junk . Bought product that was supposed to be leather and it felt like plastic . Bet if I test it I will find it has cancer causing chemicals .

This is a SCAM company. I'm trying to get them added to the Better Business Bureau so I can file a formal complaint there. If you look up the business address that they have on their website, it is a STAPLES store in NYC. That should tell you all you need to know right there. (Too bad I didn't do that ahead of time.) I ordered three shirts from this scam company for my husband and the quality was bad, the sizing was bad, and the colors didn't match the website. Not to mention that it took FOREVER to get here. I requested a refund, per the instructions on their website. It took THREE emails/contact form messages before anyone even finally got back to me. They offered a 150% store credit to buy something else from the website. I said no, I want a refund. It took two more days but she finally responded again and said that I'd need to ship it back to CHINA, which is super expensive, so she'd offer to just give me a 20% refund without me having to ship back. SCAM SCAM SCAM. I will leave this same review wherever I can to hopefully keep others from making this same mistake.

Genuinely the worst place I have ever ordered from. This website honestly needs to be shut down. If anyone is reading this and considering ordering from here, PLEASE do not make the same mistake that I and many others have made.

I ordered a pair of boots that cost $100, and for that price, you would reasonably expect them to at least be decent quality. Unfortunately, that was nowhere near the case.

There was already a two-week delay with my order, and when I finally received the boots, I was extremely disappointed. They were some of the cheapest, lowest-quality boots I have ever seen, and they looked absolutely nothing like the pictures advertised on the website.

I understand that products can sometimes look slightly different in person, but this was not a minor difference. The quality and appearance were completely unacceptable for something that cost $100.

Save yourself the money, time, and frustration. Do not order from this website.

First, the shipping took forever. Second, the shoes were delivered wrapped in plastic (no shoe box) and stuck in a polyethylene bag for shipping. Third, they reeked to high heaven with leather processing chemicals. Fourth, they don’t have proper buckles, just weird hooks. Fifth, the inside of the heels (the edge next to the sole), are poorly stretched and glued down and I know they will be peeling after one wear. Sixth, the interior branding label is some Chinese name, not Preston Hayes. I have not worn them yet but it was too much hassle to try to return them to another crappy, cheap Asian manufacturer. Would never order from them again. Price was not even great ($70).

They indeed fooled me with their New England story. Clothing has no tags, and the materials and production are of extremely poor quality. This is theft.

Tried to return a dress immediately as it didn't fit well. They offered me only a 20% refund and to keep the item. I replied that I want a 100% refund, and they countered, offering an 80% refund! What is this??? DO NOT order from this company. Scammers. They do not follow their return policy that is stated on their website. I expect a full refund.

This company is a total SCAM! I ordered 2 "cashmere" sweaters. They are not cashmere and there are no tags. They also do not fit. Package came from China. I reached out to start a return and I received a response asking if I had tried the items on. How stupid! Of course I did! I have sent over 15 emails and NO RESPONSE BACK. I am filing a dispute with American Express against them. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I thought it was an actual store in nyc. The address is just a staples and they basically drop shipped the product from china. Basically an e-commerce fake store front and the item was just marked up by 5 times the price. Total scam. Total regret.

Shipping of the product took longer than noted on their website and when it finally arrived it was NOT as described on the website. What I ordered was a chiffon dress, what I got was a cheap synthetic fabric maxi dress...no layers of chiffon at all and the cut and style was not as pictured. The description of the product clearly described fabric that was not what I received. When reaching out to their customer service for a refund, they offered 20% refund and I could keep the dress, when I responded that I do not want the dress because it doesn't match the description and I need a return authorization for a full refund they stopped responding. Stay away from ordering from this website!

Ordered a pair of boots that did not fit. I have requested 5 times that they give me the return address. Someone named Tiffany keeps texting me with different offers all of them not being a full refund. There is no way to call. I did turn this company into the Better Business Bureau in New York. If you google their return address for orders it gives the address that is listed on their website. Nothing is exceptable to me except a full refund. It is ridiculous how hard you have to fight this company for this and I am sure a lot of people give up. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL REGRET IT IF YOU DO. I definitely regret my decision to order from them.

If I could leave them a zero or less, I would. The shoes arrived in plastic bubble wrap that was torn completely open, no box. It’s lucky they were both still in the torn bag. They look cheap, nothing like the online pictures. The sizing is way off. And now, it is impossible to get a return address from them. They have responded to my emails 3x now with offers to keep the shoes and only give me a 20% refund and will not give me the return address.

I ordered a "100% cotton" men's henley for my son and it came from outside the country and arrived with no labels and is most definitely not the shirt I ordered and is POLYESTER! They are not good with correspondence. I mailed it back to their NY address and expect a full refund. It doesn't even look like the same shirt. BEWARE.

PrestonHayes beat me out of $70. I ordered a pair of shoes on July 25th and checked my email and tracked my order through the website everyday for updates. Today, August 20th, the website posted that my package had been delivered to a parcel locker yesterday. I, then, immediately contacted PrestonHayes informing them (by email) that the locker system notifies of deliveries via email and text message, and I had not received notification. I asked how I am supposed to know where my package is when the only information provided was that it was delivered to a parcel locker? No one responded and the company does not provide a phone number for real-time customer support. It's obvious that my shoes were not delivered. At this point, I don't believe they were even shipped. Beware of this company.

I placed an order through Preston Hayes a month ago, and it finally arrived today. I am absolutely appalled that Preston Hayes could claim that the shirt I received is even remotely comparable to what was advertised.

The quality is honestly some of the worst I have ever seen, and the item I received is completely unacceptable—especially after waiting an entire month for it to arrive. What was delivered is not what I reasonably expected based on the product that was represented at the time of purchase.
I paid $59+shipping and the shirt isn’t worth 59 cents!!!!!

This is a scam site. The products they send are cheaply manufactured from China and look nothing like the photos. Plus all of their content and products are AI generated so stay away from it completely.

Website claims to be born in New England…refined in New York with New York address. Shipping from China!!!!

If I could give negative stars I would!! WHAT A SCAM!! I ordered a blouse in my usual size. I arrived & was too small. I contacted the company for a refund & they offered a larger size "for 75% off" which I STUPIDLY accepted. The 2nd blouse arrived, WITH NO SIZE TAG & was the same as the first one. So not I was duped out of MORE money. BUYER BEWARE!! This is CRAP with CRAP customer service
