Following email correspondence from Pretty and Spice and reading the reply to my review, my 1 star review still stands. The reply given below does not reflect the personal emails I have received.
My outfit received was sub standard, colour, thin material and not what was advertised.
Having reached out to the company I was initially offered a 30 % refund and keep the outfit or a replacement item.
This however, was rescinded the following day as I had left a poor review and the company probably felt this reflected badly for other customers.
The options they presented was to pay myself to return the item, shipping cost etc with no guarantee of a full refund OR to change or remove my 1 star review and only then would they arrange for a replacement item.
Surely as a customer I have a right to comment on poor quality given the money I spent on this item, and did not appreciate the coercive suggestion to remove my review in order to receive another item.
Shameful and poor customer service and will not be using this company again.

This is absolutely not what we want for any of our customers, and I understand how upsetting it is when expectations don’t match reality especially when it comes to sizing or quality.
I’d like to clarify a bit about our return and refund policy, since I can see how this might have felt confusing (or even unfair) from your perspective:
1. Our “keep & refund” option (30% refund, no return required) is designed to make things easier for customers who receive an item that isn’t quite right. Many of our UK customers find this more convenient than returning to our warehouse in China (which can cost around £28 and takes time). We’ve learned from feedback that most people prefer a quick partial refund and get to keep or gift the item, instead of the hassle and cost of sending it back.
2. If you’d rather return the item(s) for a full refund, that’s always possible and there’s never any requirement to change or remove your review to get a refund or exchange. We’re truly sorry if it came across that way. It’s never our intention to pressure anyone.
3. We also offer a “VIP exchange” so if you’d like a second chance to find the perfect fit, you can pick any replacement item from our site (up to £140) for just the shipping fee, and still keep your original order.

Great customer service, quick fix

better than expected!
I thought: let's just order one pair first, you never know with online shops. But wow, I was so wrong! The jeans are amazing strong qualty, the color is exactly as shown, and the sizing is perfect. It arived in about a week, just like they said. I was so happy I imediatly ordered two more and this definitly won't be my last order. Absolutly love it! 🔥

They absolutly get 5 star from me! The price-quality ratio is great and the fit is perfekt - even at 1.82m, everything was long enough. Returns are super easy and my package arrived in just 7 days, which is pretty fast I'm a fan and my cart is full again! 🛍️
