I can feel different after 1 month of using. My Back is less painful and skin feels more soft. I give birth in May soo did need something to help me with recovering. I see difference before nad after soo do recommend👌 100% satisfied 😊

Dear Luiza,
We're sorry to hear about the negative experience you had with our delivery service. However, we must clarify that we did send your package on time with the option of a signature upon delivery, and we did correspond with you via email, providing the tracking number and a photo from the courier showing that the package was in their vehicle and not yet delivered to you.
Unfortunately, we have no control over the courier once the package is handed over to them. We have opened a case with our logistics centre to investigate this matter and we will refund you in case the package was not delivered. We hope you can understand that we take our customer service seriously and are doing everything we can to resolve the issue.

Hello Magda. Sorry to hear that you are unhappy with our service although your parcel is due to be delivered today. If you check your tracking number it says it on its way. If you check on our website shipping terms you will see there that apart from courier delivery time there is a dispatch time mentioned between 2-3 days.
Sorry if our service name 24h was misleading.
