It definitely works how it’s supposed to!

I just don’t know if I’m allergic to something in my jar, as I was feeling really sick while taking it for a couple of days until I stopped taking it. Not sure if it was that I took 1 tsp with nothing else and felt the effects all at once or what.

Want to try it again but nervous about getting sick again.

It works well for me. I mean we all get older, but I would say this stuff makes me feel like 15 years ago(40 instead of 55). So for what it cost is a no brainer. I think it tastes fine too so don’t bother mixing it. I have used for a few months. Everyone is different. Good experience here though. Take on an empty stomach once a day in morning.
