From Day one! It worked and worked well slight headache but it worked well

Delivery was punctual and customer service was very helpful and accommodating.

After posting the review below, Primal Herbs followed through on their promise. I have upgraded my customer service experience from 2 to 4 stars. I believe it was a database mixup on their end. But regardless, they came through.

Early in January of 2024, one of the two jars of Volume that I purchased broke when I was placing it in the cabinet. I reached out to Primal Herbs and they offered to replace it since it was brand new, which I thought was very nice. They also said the product now came in plastic, which from my standpoint, was a significant upgrade. They asked me to send pictures of the broken jar, which I did. Two weeks later, I still had not received the replacement, so I reached back out. On January 26, they apologized and said they would send me a replacement along with a coupon for a future order. It's February 20th, and I still haven't received anything. I'm a big believer in under promising and over delivering. This experience has been the opposite. I would have rather they said, "sorry about your luck," than offering to replace the broken jar and not following through....twice.

Well, first, I must say this product I was very skeptical at first but I tried it and the second day I saw a result this product is awesome.
