Primal Strength Avis 

I recently acquired package from Primal Strenght. I was dealing with Ali Tammamm who helped me through the process with his knowledge and great customer care!

Unfortunately, the expectation of ordering from Primal Strength did not meet the reality. Following the initial purchase of an item for thousand of pounds, it took the company nearly a week to check on delivery and push for their required delivery (not clear on their website) of an additional £1000. The breakdown of such cost was not given and not comparable with competitors who offer complimentary delivery and assembly. When i confirmed this was not required, but asked for clarity on delivery date/process (will the item be on pallets or in boxes), i was told by the sales assistant to email a separate team in p
Primal Strength rather than assisting or referring me on. The lack of customer service was very disappointing and not what you expect from a premium gym equipmemt seller. Even on the delivery date, the contact details I asked to be given to the driver was not provided, which made the delivery more challenging. It is very disappointing that the website and promise of premium service was not matched by the company's service. I would hope that future customers receive better service and the sales and order team work together rather than in silos. I also hope the lack of clarity on delivery process and timings is addressed for future customers.

Didnt deliver on the agreed date. Worked from home and after no news, got in touch to be told the courier wouldnt be delivering. Had to wait weeks for an alternative slot. Rubbish when you're spending that amount of money. Primal are clearly putting using cheaper couriers to cut costs over the customer experience.

I bought a set of commercial grade gym mats for my outdoor gym. A year on the mats haven’t perished at all. Great product and would buy again.

Really happy with the flooring I purchased. Not put it down yet but it feels heavy duty and high quality... better then the flooring my sister has in her gym. I appreciated the delivery was a day late and they called me up and went through everything.

2 weeks in and both of our very expensive curved treadmills are both still unusable.

The head units on both machines simply don’t track anything remotely accurately so can’t be used for our training sessions effectively. Nearly a 4kmh variance against other treadmills, Apple Watches etc against the primal machine. The only info that’s wildly wrong are the new treadmills.

Reached out to primal twice and both times I’m being assured of a resolution, but their Chinese supplier seems to be equally as slow at resolving. No updates now for 6 days.

Will update this as soon as they fix my two matching units, they seem great. Just the head units are so far out of calibration it’s crazy. I literally just want the head units to work.

After finding the items I desired on the Primal Strength Website, I was confused about why the discount code provided there didn't apply to my order; therefore, I decided to contact the office directly.

Ali politely explained that, as the items were from the outlet, the discount wasn't eligible, but said he would look into the items I ordered to see if he could apply the discount.

As I was rushing back to work, Ali told me he would create a quote and email it to me. The quote provided met my needs, and the aftercare and support for further questions and pricing for additional products was second to none. Ali provided further quotations and even suggested additional products at similar prices to those I had found.

I will definitely use Primal Strength again, as the customer service and support throughout the project was exceptional. Furthermore, the transparency and openness of the sales team has really helped build my trust towards the brand.

Primal Strength supplies incredibly high-end equipment with a customer care and support package to match.

On the rare occasion that I have needed to reach out for support the customer care team have been incredibly quick to pick up the request and extremely helpful in delivering a solution.

In the most recent case a component was missing from an order. This was picked up on the day that the ticket was raised and the replacement part was instructed for delivery next day.

All of my dealings with the Primal Strength team have been very positive and our interactions have left me feeling that as a company they care greatly about delivering a high quality customer experience.

I’ve been talking to Sean Parker for several months, selecting equipment for my home gym set up. Sean was extremely helpful, was very knowledgeable about all the equipment, was able to answer all my questions and was always very responsive. My purchase ended up getting delayed by a couple of months due to delays on completion of our garage gym conversion, but Sean kept in touch throughout until I was ready. Now just waiting on delivery and installation and I’m hoping that will be as good as my experience so far.

Was available to talk and clearly explain why their equipment was the best in the market. Together, Ali and Primal enabled me to create a bespoke gym package that’s worth every penny.

Wish I done it sooner!

Ordered £3000 home gym package, arranged delivery two weeks in advance for a specified date as needed to book contractors to assemble the equipment. Confirmed delivery day with confirmation email 2 weeks before, on delivery day, no text, no email, silence. I had to call to chase to be told the courier won't deliver it today with no explanation... still waiting on a call back to arrange next possible day. This is not good enough on the basis I have pre-paid contractors hundreds to assemble the equipment on a specified date which is why delivery when they say they're going to, is so important. Not impressed, would not order from Primal again

I’ve ordered from Primal many times and love the equipment quality. Also very helpful when you email them with questions on delivery queries. Sean was really helpful in answering my questions and organising payment/delivery :)
