Primal Strength Avis 

I've been a fairly loyal customer to Primal Strength and was planning to design my domestic setup using them however after my last order i dont think i will - or at the very least will check out some competitors. I can't fault the quality of their products, they are excellent. Their customer care however is awful. I'd booked in delivery of my running machine and was given a long list of instructions including the need for a second person to be present on the day. I was told there was no tracking information. I'd made significant arrangements to be in all day as well as having another person at the premises all day and the item did not arrive. I tried emailing and calling during weekday business hours but all my attempts were left unanswered. No communication to say the delivery wouldnt happen. No answering any of my correspondence (to date - a whole week later and no response or apology). Day of annual leave wasted. Favours called in wasted. Unable to do anything or go anywhere on that day due to lack of notice or tracking - wasted.

I have a home gym fully kitted out with primal gear and absolutely love it. Recently needed some replacement parts and called up and spoke with Gail, who immediately jumped on this for me and arranged a same day despatch. Amazing service and products. 5 stars 🌟

Having compared many brands and done the research, the MRX9.0 Premium Bundle was a no brainer. Zoe helped with my relentless queries, putting me at ease, always with a smile and positive approach, also assisting with package discounts for other bits I needed.

Delivery was due Mid-Nov, and it arrived Mid-Nov. I had a few days heads up and the driver called an hour before on the day, placing on my driveway as instructed.

Unfortunately there was some very minor cosmetic damage to two parts, functionally fine. I completed the Fault Form and Gail was in touch that very afternoon, and as with Zoe they were more than happy to help. They acted swiftly and the replacement parts were shipped that same week.

Customer Service from Sales to After-sales has been excellent. Granted, I didn’t always get a response on the same day, but this was peak Black Friday sales and to be expected.

Would happily recommend Primal and their team.

If I'd have spoken to Gail Dyce (Technical Support) first, this would have been a five star review, unfortunately I had to speak to Kevin McCallion (Sales Manager) who was rude and unhelpful.
I ordered a set of floor mats for my 12m square gym but as with all things, a few cuts here and there meant that I was most of an additional mat short of finishing the job. So I called up and spoke to Kevin who told me that even though I wanted just one mat (£39.99) I'd have to pay for an entire pallet too (£60) for that one mat. Those were the rules, take it or leave it. Afterall it "wasn't his fault that I got my measurements wrong". Yes, he actually said that!
I was prepared to pay the £9.99 shipping stated on the Primal website for items under £150, but this wasn't possible, Kevin said.
Anyway Gail has rescued Primal's reputation and hopefully Kevin will get the training he needs (hopefully from Gail) as having spent nearly £700 I'd only hoped for a bit of help. I now feel confident in endorsing Primal, certainly for their gym flooring, as it's high quality, arrived in a timely manner and fitting was very easy.

Bought 2 items a half rack and leg curl bench .

Both items are excellent quality and substantial items and I am very pleased with their quality .

The after service especially from Heather has been exceptional both in answering my queries and in timely replies .

Further your help line to assist in constructing the machines were both friendly and very helpful .

Instructions need work though with a step by step guide .

All in all very pleased .

I bought the 40kg adjustable dumbbell's which are excellent quality. I’ve used them for a while before reviewing and I’m really impressed. The ergonomics and material of the handles is brilliant, that’s what immediately drew my attention and I love lifting with them. Well worth spending that little bit more. I also bought the v3 home bench which is also excellent, it’s well built and more sturdy than many I’ve used in commercial gyms. Overall extremely happy with the quality and to be fair, though seems pricey, it’s not when you factor in a full rack up to 40kgs, it’s actually quite competitive.

I’d been eyeing some equipment for a while, and Ali helped me find the perfect plate rack and even sorted me a great deal on the extra kit I needed. Couldn’t be happier!

Sent out a replacement part free of charge within 24 hours!

I asked for it to be delivered on a Tuesday. You said would deliver on Friday. I complained and was told had been rescheduled to Tuesday. I was not told anything else. Then it was dumped outside my house when I was at work on Tuesday.

My 3rd purchase this year to add to my home gym. The quality of equipment is absolutely brilliant.

The weights and bosa ball are fabulous BUT the delivery man left a wooden pack for me to dispose of as it cost Primal money to dispose of it well it also cost me the customer money to dispose of it.
Why is the burden to dispose of a business item left to me the customer who was not informed I'd have this burden when I placed my order?

Was kept up to date at every stage of process . Product is solid and great quality .

I emailed Ali to enquire about a suitable curved treadmill for my physio clinic. He was able to advise me on the suitable model, organise payment, and expedite delivery.

The quality of equipment is fine and as expected. The delivery was terrible. The boxes were left on the street on 2 pallets and the delivery guy refused to help (not even to do it on his own) me bringing the boxes inside. Primal should change the delivery contractor
