Primal Strength Avis 

After checking online for weeks looking for the right gym equipment, I made one call to Primal and was very impressed with the help received. My sales manager Ali assisted me with advice and suggestions to help fit our space. He then offered a supported quote for a decent sized order and emailed me it on a clear and informative quote. Looking forward to receiving our new equipment!

Good item and very well packed, only annoying thing is the handle isn’t welded on straight and is at an angle, doesn’t effect use but just irritating not being straight otherwise good

I bought the home gym package from primal. I spoke to Sean who was very helpful and happy to answer any questions I had about the product. Responses were speedy and the process was quick and easy.

The delivery and installation process was also excellent.

Really good quality kit. I bought a bundle at Black Friday which included 100kg in plates, a bar, bench, flooring and a MRX 7.0 rig. Build was fairly straight forward. The instructions could be made better but more than manageable.
The equipment feels solid and of very good quality when working I’m using it.
Really impressed.

Fantastic service! Kitted our home gym out with Primal weights. Highly recommended service. We needed to change the order slightly as we made a mistake, they were so helpful.

My go to for high quality gym equipment. Have been using Primal now for about 4 months and made multiple purchases as I refresh my gym equipment including over 260kg of urethane bumpers and fractional plates and pairs of 24, 28 and 32 kg kettlebells. Their products are of the highest quality - performance kit is made for heavy use in commercial gyms and products are built to last a lifetime. Can be expensive but you get what you pay for and you can always find a bargain from the outlet. Quality of their plates in my opinion surpass the big name brands from the US, you get a 5 year commercial use warranty and their customer service is second to none. Very happy to find Primal, a company you can trust and highly recommended!

Sean was so helpful & professional, he put together a great package for us with a really good price. So pleased that Primal Strength can do the install.

Delivery was fast and products excellent quality. Took a while to put bench together mainly due to working out which spanner was needed but all delighted with items and significant upgrade to the bench we had previously - much bigger and more stable and comfortable

Absolutely shocking constantly getting messed about with delivery by the courier primal use which is fedex twice I ordered something and delivery time have both changed and it has put me off shopping with primal I would advise anyone ordering from here to order with caution

Great rack and bench, quality products and easy to follow instructions.

Overall very good experience. One star off as web-site didn't match the order confirmation email and caused me some confusion (web site said item in stock, but email said it would be a few months before it could be delivered!) and required me to contact sales to check. I might forgive but I've had issues in the past and didn't want to chance it. That said, this time the hex weights arrived quickly and product is as expected.

I ordered a curved treadmill I had multiple issues trying to get it delivered. Turns out parcel force marked it as delivered when it wasn't and then sent the driver on the wrong day. I had Jaz from primal who sorted everything out for me in the end, she was into the driver the whole day and ensured I had it delivered. I only give this review 5 stars because of her! Thanks Jaz

it was a no brainer to contact Primal with regards to home gym set up. They did not disappointed. Point of contact being Ali Tammam - extremely pleasant and very supportive during the whole process. Handled the customer stresses excellently during some installation issues and I can honestly say - delighted. I cannot wait to show off my design. TEAM PRIMAL! Let's send it!

Do not buy there primal pro series plate loaded leg extension & prone leg curl. The strength curve is dreadful. It also causes pain in the knee during leg extension and the pop pin that secures the leg pads for the hamstring curl hits you on every rep in the back of the thigh or butt. When i asked for a return and refund i was denied because i was two days outside of there 14 day return policy.
