I booked and paid for a package holiday for me and my mum, once paid for i redeemed vouchers and tried to get in touch. TOOK 3 DAYS for them to finally get back to me, tried to upsell and when i declined he was not happy!
Didnt hear anything for another 3 days, even though i confirmed what i wanted, no additionals and sent passenger details. i chased 4 times! no reply.
Then i was informed holiday 'sold out' and i HAD to pay more to go on the trip. i declined and said you cannot provide a service i have already paid for and i wont pay any more so please refund me.. Guess what team

Update on my ongoing case with Wowcher and Prime Holidays.
I am now extremely concerned that the holiday I purchased may not actually be booked at all, despite both companies insisting it is “confirmed”.
1. The hotel cannot confirm any booking
My daughter phoned the hotel directly. They:
• Could not find any reservation in her name
• Told her she must “confirm with the booking agent” — even though she never said she used an agent
• Refused to confirm anything and ended the call
This strongly suggests the booking does not exist.
2. The hotel email address provided is invalid
The email address on the Prime Holidays documents bounced with a DNS error, meaning it does not exist. This makes it impossible to verify the booking.
3. ATOL concerns have now been escalated
I have concerns about this ATOL certificate showing ATOL 3928. I have now submitted a full report to the CAA ATOL Compliance Team for investigation.
4. Mis selling issues remain unresolved
• Dates changed after payment
• No hotel choice offered
• No gondola ride offered
• Downgraded to room only
• Flight arrives after hotel check in closes
5. Prime Holidays have ignored multiple emails
Both my daughter and I have emailed repeatedly and received no response. This silence is now part of the evidence submitted to regulators.
6. Actions taken
• Formal dispute raised with my bank
• Report submitted to Trading Standards
• Report submitted to CAA ATOL Compliance
• Final escalation messages sent to both Wowcher and Prime Holidays
At this point, I simply want a fair resolution and a refund for a holiday that appears to be mis sold, unconfirmed, and potentially not financially protected.
I will continue to update this review as the investigations progress.

I BROUGHT 2 WOWCHERS FOR VENICE IN MAY. Same thing happened to me and many other negative reviews. Avantika from prime holidays should be ashamed. This company should not be able to trade and wowcher need to be held responsible as well. PRIME HOLIDAYS OWES THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE THEIR MONEY BACK.

When in Rome
I got a holiday to go to Rome through Wowcher, the travel agent was prime holidays in Glasgow.
My agent was Avantika, her manners and the way she communicated with me was immense, she made sure I was comfortable with the package, after the initial package was not to my liking. She took her time made sure I understood eveey details before she proceeded further, I will definitely do more holidays with directly with her. If you see a deal thats too good to be true on wowcher, it is.
Honestly the worst booking experience of anything in my life, a group of 4 of us wanted to go on a trip to milan but bookings had to be made seperately for financial reasons.
We booked 3 vouchers on one booking and 1 more ticket on another.
Anyone with a brain can do the maths and see that 3+1 can be split into 2+2 and there would be no issue.
but prime holidays don't have brains and want additional costs for both bookings.
I cant afford the additional costs and they wont refund me, so im out of luck.
not to mention the flights are in the middle of the night to an airport thats further away, i can pay an additional £110 to have all people on the same flight but its still in the middle of the night and 50+km away from the hotel and theres no public transport at that time!!!

Aggressive Sales Tactics, Falsified Evidence, and Misrepresentation
I am writing this to warn other consumers about my experience with Prime Holidays. After purchasing a Wowcher holiday, I was subjected to what I believe are aggressive commercial practices and fraudulent misrepresentation.
Aggressive Pressure Selling: During a phone call, I was given a 2-minute window to "confirm" a booking, with the agent claiming flight prices could not be guaranteed otherwise. This made it impossible to review the hotels or locations properly.
Misrepresentation of Quality: I was verbally promised "4★ Upgrades." However, the hotels provided (such as Arthotel ANA Gala and Hotel Mediterran) are officially 3-star properties. Furthermore, the locations were not as promised; for example, being placed in Wedding rather than the central Mitte district of Berlin.
Falsified Timestamps: Most shockingly, in their response to my complaint, Prime Holidays provided a falsified email timestamp (claiming 17:33) to make it appear I had hours to consider the booking. My actual "Sent" folder proves the email was sent at 13:03 while I was still being pressured on the phone.
Invalid Contract: They issued a confirmation for July 2025 (a date already in the past) for a trip meant for 2026.
I have formally reported this company to the ATOL Compliance Team, Trading Standards, and initiated a Section 75 dispute with my bank. I strongly advise anyone to avoid this company at all costs. They use misleading tactics to trap customers and then falsify evidence to avoid accountability.
Don't book with prim holidays
Don't book with them. I booked a 4 day city break to Rome with woowcher. It says redeem you voucher within 24 hours or it will be automatically redeemed and customer service will contact you. So I redeemed this was on a Saturday, on Monday after reading lots of reviews I decided to contact them Monday morning. As soon as I said I have changed my mind and want to cancel and a full refund. The customer service said you will get a call back not even asking who I was my details. I didn't get a call back and had to ring 6 times to here the same message I would get a call back without knowing who I was or asking my phone number. I then email 3 time. To say I wanted to cancel and a full refund I didn't feel secure with no communication, I had no information on flights hotel. I then received a email with travel information but ridiculous times which would make the trip 2 day not 4 and gave me another option but wanted extra 89 pound per person. I haven't agreed. Or even spoke to a person in 6 days all they do is go through the watshap messages repeating same message my fault for redeeming woowcher doesn't take responsibility or read the messages just say prime holidays say no you redeemed and you want to cancel because you want to choose the flight not what they provided or pay extra as given 2 choices. I tried to cancel before they even put sent the email.I hope you see all the bad reviews before booking as they dont speak to you or help.they take money for false advertisements and you dont get what you think. They dont take responsibility and blam you or acknowledge the 14 days cooling off even though you not agreed with flights and hotel.and only seen the flights and hotel details after you have paid.

I booked a weekend break to Prague for myself and my partner as a xmas present. I booked for Fri 13th - Sunday 15th March. On arrival in Prague we went to our hotel to discover Prime Holiday had booked our hotel for the 13th February and our flights for 13th March unbelievable. The hotel reception were very helpful and couldnt believe the mistake by Prime. I contacted them imediately as we were down as a no show in February. I spoke to their rep who said he would contact the hotel to sort it and call me back within 10 mins. We were offered a coffee by reception until it was sorted but almost an hour later still no call back from Prime. My partner by this point was stressing so i informed the receptionist i would pay for a room for the weekend as we obviously needed a place to stay. He was most helpful. I paid for the room and then received a callback from Prime who said it was sorted when in fact it was not. I had sorted it myself and informed their rep i would send him my receipt from reception and i expected a full refund. He then told me that was not an option the hotel receptionist then also spoke to them telling them they must refund me as this was an outright mistake on their part. 4 wks later im still being messed about.Ive been told for a month my refund has been initiated and i am stll wating. Its a disgraceful way to treat your customer and if thats how they operate i would seriously steer clear of this company

I ordered a holiday to Lanzarote for 8/8/26-12/8/26 through Wowcher I was contacted by Phil at prime holidays to complete my booking, it took over 2 days for responses and when we finally got to the completion stage my holiday that I had chosen had apparently sold out ( I later found out that the flight times originally offered didn't ever exist)and then he tried to get me to upgrade to different flight times which I declined as they wanted more money, I said I wanted the standard holiday option that I had paid for but now my only option was to upgrade for same day flights for an extra £219 per person or choose a different date, I declined this as my dates were non negotiable that's why I chose them originally and I had a strict budget, I asked for a refund as they cannot provide me with what I have paid for and what was advertised and they have refused to give me a refund and I have had radio silence from them whilst they still have over £700 of my hard earned money. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Wish I read the reviews before I booked and redeemed the wowcher voucher. The hotels they advertise are not available so you get a downgrade. They charge extra to alter flight times. The worst part is the Auschwitz trip they sent a voucher for ( I bought this trip for my daughter) they did not have her on the list for pick up and she missed out on the trip which was the whole point of going to Krakow. Will never use wowcher or prime holidays again.

I booked a Sorrento trip through Wowcher with Prime Holidays and the whole experience was a masterclass in how to mislead customers!
The price looks great upfront which is exactly how they get you…
Once you're in, the upselling starts immediately. They offer you a flight time that arrives just before midnight, meaning you essentially lose an entire day of your trip. They know most people won't accept that so they push upgrades hoping you'll spend more. I said no and stuck with the original (part of me to test them).
What happened next was worse. They asked me to redeem my voucher and hand over all my personal details, confirming the flights were available. There was never any real confirmation from the airline and looking back the signs were there. Two days before I was due to fly, they told me the package was no longer available and tried to use the fact I'd redeemed my voucher to avoid giving me a refund.
The whole model is designed to take your money. Sell it cheap, offer unusable flight times to force upgrades, collect your details, then pull the holiday at the last minute. I've had to raise a dispute with my bank and I'm pursuing a refund under the Package Travel Regulations 2018.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I have had the most horrible experience. Purchased a holiday to krakow with them and they emailed me saying it was sold out. When requesting a refund they said I couldn’t because I had redeemed the voucher. Absolutely horrible! Avoid booking at all costs

Bait and switch scam. Booked 6 night multi city holiday to italy.
The times of flights were ridiculous meaning we would only have 4 nights. They tried to get me to upgrade for £199 pp for better flight times. I refused and then they sent me 3 alternative holidays, none in Italy and all additional money on top of what I paid. Neither wowcher or prime holidays will refund me so have to wait 14 days to get a charge back from the bank.
