Great experience
Superb organisation and communication. We asked a lot of questions about flatting and it was awesome getting informative answers from Tim, previous flat statistics sent to us too. Lots of flatting insight gained although we didn’t end up taking the offer.

Tim was very helpful and put our group quickly at ease as we engaged upon the tricky process of securing a flat for 2021. His professionalism, dedication and easy-going nature made the process very stress-free and enjoyable. He was also very responsive with communication between the two parties. I would definitely recommend prime campus to others. Thanks !

Amazing Experience
The location was perfect and the flat was everything we could have wanted for our student experience. Prime Campus was really easy to deal with and you can really tell that they care about their tenants and have your best interests at heart. Above and beyond to provide modern and well-equipped flats with unique and helpful services! Highly recommend.

Best Landlord!
Amazing landlord, and great flat in a prime location. Tim was very helpful and efficient with emails, great at communicating with us tenants and keeping us up to date with everything. He would getting onto the problems we had straight away and ensure they were followed up in good time. Overall honestly such a great, stress free experience for my first year in Dunedin as a mature student so thank you :)

Outstanding Landlord
We had a great experience as first year flatters with Prime Campus! Tim was super quick at replying and sorting out any issues we had around the flat and frequently sent out detailed emails to ensure we knew exactly what we needed to do prior to paying power bills, moving out, etc.
Would definitely recommend signing a flat with this company!

Best Tenancy Experience I Have Had
Communication with Prime Campus has been great throughout our tenancy; emails were responded to quickly and any problems were fixed as soon as possible. Prime Campus was also very helpful and supportive when myself and my partner requested to end our tenancy early due to flatmate-related issues. We are both very appreciative that Prime Campus allowed us to do so, and assisted us throughout the process. Prime Campus go above and beyond with making the tenancy process easy and I would highly recommend them.

I would recommend Prime Campus to…
I would recommend Prime Campus to anyone who inquired about them. Their communication between them and the tenants are fast and useful. If there’s ever an issue with anything they will get onto the problem as soon as possible and are very apologetic. I would use Prime Campus in the future and would recommend it to my friends.
