I thoroughly recommend Primecarers
The website is totally user-friendly and is really clear. It is good that you can see the carers profiles and that you can interview them before you book. Booking online is also very straightforward. I like the personal touch that you also get to speak with the business as well as interact with the website. A good balance of personal and efficient service. It is just the whole package.

It was very easy to arrange the sort of care I needed with Primecarers and my carer was very polite, understanding and made the experience comfortable. If I need a carer again I'd certainly use Primecarers.

PrimeCarers has been brilliant in every way.
PrimeCarers has been brilliant in every respect. It is wonderful to find a care provider who can provide carers either on an ad hoc basis or for longer periods. They are totally reliable. When I book a carer it always happens - on time and as booked. Most importantly the carers I have used have been wonderful, highly professional individuals, making my mother feel relaxed, secure and well cared for. Highly recommended.
