Although this looks like an Irish company, it is not and goods are shipped from China. Very misleading

not in Ireland as stated, so should not be using the .ie and Ireland 🇮🇪 don't know where package is never received and no contact to them. scam be aware . Will be calling bank to cancel and tell is scam

Order not arrived no one answers emails.

Uses a .ie to fool people into thinking they are buying an Irish based product. Delivery tqkes weeks and you can be hit by customs

I am glad PrimePet carries my dog food, Tuscan Natural. I also like the monthly subscription and free shipment. However, there is a gap in that the subscription cannot easily changed. As an example I have it setup for the lamb recipe. However, I would like to alternate between chicken, ocean extreme and lamb but that is not possible.

I was shocked by how quickly my order was processed and the merchandise delivered, probably the fastest service I have received when ordering something online. The Wet Noses Hemp treats are a big hit with the dogs and the price was reasonable. I will definitely use PrimePet again!

Not only did Primepet send me an incorrect order, they ignored my phone calls asking for assistance. They NEVER returned my calls, but instead issued me a refund. All I wanted was the rest of my order! They simply didn't care. I would never use this company again for any reason.

I'm writing about Prime Pet's customer service or lack if it. I bought two dog toys from their website. My dog chewed through each of them within the first hour. He's a small dog. About 12 lbs. I bought these toys because they were cute and marked tough. When I contacted Prime pet I was told that I would have to take my issues up with the manufacturer. What kind of business does this? I asked for the contact info and I was ignored. NEVER again and I would suggest that anyone else use this company at your own risk

A full week after I ordered ONE Sherpa carrier for my cat, 18" X 11" X 11", from Primepet, I received TWO much smaller carriers which are no good to me. I managed to find a telephone number for Primepet (as they do not provide one) and got a message that your office was closed IN THE MIDDLE OF THE AFTERNOON.

I am flying on the 23rd of this month and do not have time to mess around with Primepet.
