Excellent service at a fair price. I wanted to add my wife onto the house deeds, everything was explained clearly, all documwnt were completed quickly and emailed through to us for signing along with an email with step by step instruction to follow. Totally fuss and stress free.

Highly recommended - very efficient
Excellent response from my very first phone call to Prime Property. My first contact with with Jordan who was an excellent representative of the company - straightforward, with clearly spoken explanations, good-humoured, no pressure whatsoever.
I needed help completing Land Registry documentation, which was daunting and peppered with words I was unfamiliar with nor understood. Ruth led me through each stage of the form's completion efficiently, with patience and clear explanation and, within an hour, the forms were completed and emailed to me ready for my signature and posting.
When compared to the cost of using a solicitor and factoring in my time, the service was inexpensive and worth every penny!
I rarely click on an unknown Google search result, fearful of scams, etc. However, I am so glad I clicked on Prime Property Transfers and wished I had done so earlier. Highly recommended.

Easy transfer of equity

The price was also very good compared to with the high street solicitors
