A very decent thing to do
I initially sought the services of Prime and paid a fee of £395.00. I subsequently changed my mind and informed them that, through no fault of theirs, I would not be proceeding. Although the cancellation was entirely my fault I was given a full refund of the £395.00. A very decent thing to do.

They have made the process so easy always there to answer any queries quickly and promptly. We dealt with Jacob first and then Ruth took us though all the form filling and guidance on where exactly to sign them. It’s a complicated process but after contacting several solicitors and being ignored or calls e mails not replied to I’m glad we found this company

Value for money quality assistance with property transfer docs
From the first enquiry to the delivery of the documents, this was a great service. Really helpful polite people at every step. They really know their stuff. I made a few errors with my info, but Ruth amended the documents for me free of charge. This service was a THIRD of the price I was quoted by a solicitor, who added all sorts of non-essential extras for our property transfer! No hesitation in recommending them.

Change of title on deeds
I found this company extremely helpful in assisting me with removing a name from the title deeds to a property.
They were very quick and went through all the forms and what I needed to do next.
They were a lot cheaper than I was quoted from a solicitor, I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them in the future

From the beginning of this process Jacob and Ruth have been extremely helpful and professional. The process for Transfer of Equity is a good one, first Jacob then Ruth telephoned and told us step by step what was involved, what we needed to do and everything progressed quickly and exactly as they said it would.
