Do not use this Holiday Company, they are Con Merchants. You buy a holiday from Wowcher they then send you a cheap hotel with bad flight times much cheaper than you buy from Wowcher! They are cashing on false selling!
To top it up if the Airline cancels the flight you loose the hotel Cost.

I have purchased a Wowcher voucher for a holiday via prime holidays.

I have redeemed this. They got in contact and said the holiday/ hotels I booked are not available and offered a different hotel which is 1.5 hours from my destination. Further more the ‘transfer’ was also offered, this only gets me 38 miles from my new but most certainly not improved, destination! This is not viable so I asked for a refund.

They have said Wowcher need to refund this but wowcher say it’s PRIME HOLIDAYS because the voucher is redeemed - so I’ve no holiday and no refund.

I have not agreed to any booking and the agency are not responding to emails or calls.

this is a regular occurrence! Look at their other trust pilots

It’s very immoral. falsely advertising holidays that are ‘not available’ luring

I don’t want to escalate this but I feel I have no choice. I am still in my 14 day consumer rights for a refund. Apparently Wowcher and prime are above the law and state this doesn’t matter !

Please check social media and all prime holiday trust pilot and I beg you do not book.

Purchased a voucher through Wowcher & called Prime on Sunday. They said they would call back on Monday, which they did. No availability for either hotel offered in the deal & upgrade for earlier flight (which I expected). Alternative hotel offered with awful reviews so call ended with promise of an email with alternative dates/hotels. Nothing heard since & struggling to get money back. Voucher redeemed but nothing booked and Wowcher don't want to know.

Prime Travels made our vacation planning a breeze! Their team was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to accommodate all our requests. The trip itself was fantastic, with every detail perfectly arranged. Highly recommended!

We have been looking to do Umrah during Ramadan thsi year but the prices of the hotels were super expensive near the Masjid. Omar gave us very competive prices that beat others. During our stay we encourtered a small issue and Omar was availble on the phone to help deal with, Great Service

I had quite the experience. It was great. Prime travels had some of the best service. I wasn't confused or disoriented in anyway whilst booking my tickets. The staff was very trustworthy and reliable. I thought their service was so unique and great that I had no choice but to recommend this to all my friends. Overall I think it was an amazing experience and I will certainly be using it again.
