Everything went well: super quick turnaround with design proofs, and very prompt delivery! The only reason it's more of a 4.5 as opposed to a 5 is the payment process. We had issues using their current business name Print.Inc, and instead, at the time, Awesome Merch worked, but this resulted in a delay in a slight delay as our payment didn't come through on their end. But overall, everything worked out in the end - thank you Print.Inc!

I couldn't recommend them more! I was having technical difficulties in a 12 hour time zone away, and not only did their online chat respond immediately - within hours I was communicating with a manager. They made sure everything was well with my order and running smoothly. They were great about communicating every step of the way and the order was completed very quickly. I've ordered from them before and it arrived in Canada well packaged and safe. They'll be my go-to print vendor from now on!

Lovely team and if you prefer to talk to a human rather than online drop downs - these humans are as helpful as they can be. It took a few weeks to get our order together but once it was ordered it came super fast and in good condition. Proof of the pudding will be in whether fans want to buy it but we were assured the stock would arrive well in advance of our tour and it certainly did which was a massive relief.

The item wasn't available for the time being online and they worked with us to make it happen. Just hope that we can get these again. Product was 50x white bottle opener lighters with black ink.

I frequently purchase merchandise from Print.inc. I ordered 100 art prints and even though there was an issue with UPS Print.inc happily and quickly reprinted the artworks and had them resent to me.

Print Inc. resolved an issue we had with an initial print with a free-of-charge reprint. They were professional in their comms, quick with a reprint, and happy to settle our matter with minimal inconvenience.

Not only is the quality of the printing superb, the customer service to make sure the order was correct was brilliant. And that made all the difference.

This company has caused me grief since day one. They had plenty of time to print my order (their website states 8 days) and when the deadline was approaching they came up with an array of excuses including the printer had broken and they were seeking an engineer, to why I wasn't going to receive it on time. I was communicated to via email from six different people in the company who clearly weren't in communication with each other. One told me my order wouldn't arrive by the deadline - causing me stress and hassle to find an alternative print company meaning I had to pay an additional £72 charge. I paid this company in full £1200. Once I returned home from collecting this order from another company, low and behold my original order had arrived! My entire morning of ringing around companies and paying an additional £72 could have been completely avoided if they communicated correct information. Likewise I kept receiving DHL emails with delivery notices being cancelled, or delayed which caused further confusion.

After seeking a reimbursement for the extra £72 - they now suggest I can be in £72's worth of credit but a minimum order of 10 is required which would mean I need to pay another £20. They have received over £1200 from me in total, and they cannot waver £20 for all the hassle they have caused.

An outrageous experience peppered with poor and lacklustre communication. A terrible ethos for a company.

They were super helpful when I wanted to order stickers, explained everything well and were very quick in making my order and shipping it out to me! The stickers are perfect too. I’ll be using the company again

I love how the team would quickly respond to me via email since my order is international and not in the UK. The delivery was very fast and the custom cards that i have ordered are as i expected. Thank you so much.

My order was placed through Print.Inc (another name of Awesome Merchandise) I don't know what is going on within this company but it seems to lack any sort of empathy or regard for its customers and their money and for their own reputation as a business.

After having one order with them (which had issues throughout, including stock not being ordered and consequently then being out of stock to missed deliveries and half the order not being printed correctly). When this order did eventually arrive the print was of decent quality.

From this I decided to give them another shot, I wish I hadn't. A weeks delay in getting proofs over meant the order was taking longer than necessary and I feared the same would happen as before. I was offered to cancel the order and have a refund which I accepted.

For the next two weeks I had to chase my refund constantly, after accepting that I wasn't going to receive it and a threat of further action I did finally get the refund.

Everything is a chore, things need to be chased constantly, email communication can take days/weeks and the phone line is constantly on an engaged tone.

There are plenty of other merch companies to use, I would recommend staying clear of these as I'm sorry to say that I wouldn't trust them with my money ever again.

I ordered 5000 flyers and 20 T-shirts for my puppy yoga business and I was very impressed with the service.I’m based in London and they were posted and arrived the next day. I will be using them again for sure!
