Print.Inc, powered by Involution Avis 223

I have regularly ordered vinyl sticker packs for corporate events from Print Inc. and was disappointed to find that they had closed down - I can see how frustrating that would be for customers with unfulfilled orders. Having said that, the brand has now been taken over by another printing company called Involution who reached out to me with their catalogue. I ordered a small batch of sticker packs and I'm happy to say they arrived on time and are the exact same quality as Print Inc used to deliver before - so they're very much back up and running.

I placed an order with Print Inc and unfortunately they went into liquidation before fulfilling it. My money was taken, and no refund was ever given. After looking into the company further, I discovered that this isn’t the first time this has happened – they’ve previously gone under in a very similar way. In my opinion, this is a serious red flag and I worry they will continue to set up again and take more customers’ money in the future.

I would strongly recommend avoiding this business and being cautious before placing any orders.

Ghosted me on an order. Took my money, sent me a proof that I approved, and then ghosted me with no word. The order was for a wholesale client, so now I'm out the money for that order, and I will have to refund my client as well. Their Instagram is flooded with customers who have gone through the same thing.

Bust company, placed my order on July 24th - staff were fired and not paid on the 25th, what a scam. Other companies are saying this isn’t the first time. ‘Awesomemerch’ apparently was the first time.. was also based in Leeds. Fans have pre purchased t shirts for a show in 4 days. I’ve now got to refund them, be embarrassed as an independent artist that makes money off shows and busking in the street for a living. I’ve been scammed over £500. THE ONLY reason I found out is because I managed to find people on linkedin and ask them

Same as all the other recent negative reviews I'm afraid. Just had a letter through saying they had ceased trading and weren't going to fullfil orders or refund and to take it up with my bank. It seems this company have taken orders knowing they wouldn't be able to deliver the goods. I've had positive experiences and print work from them in the past. What a shame they took orders presumably knowing they wouldn't be able to fullfill them and employees were fired. It seems this might be a theme with them given their past history.

The company is no longer.
All employees lost their jobs on the morning of the 25th July.
No employ will receive any pay next month. We have to claim or try claim with the government.
For any customers with outstanding orders these will not be fulfilled & you'll most likely have to try claim also with the government.
We as employees are sorry that this has been allowed to happen to customers & its staff once again.

I placed an order over two weeks ago, print.inc are showing as closed on their website? Have tried contacting on Instagram, online chat and email. No responses. They’ve taken my money but no order received. I need this order for my business… happy to remove this review if someone can refund me or fulfil the order.

£930 order, full payment taken. No products or any communcations from the team - looks like it could be a close up job.

They took £2600+ knowing that they were literally about to go bust and that we'd never see any of it again. How can people do this to loyal customers of almost ten years? I'm frankly disgusted.

I've just placed an order with this company and they gone bankrupt the chances of getting my money back are very silm I've lost everything my business will go bust now I feel suicidle

Amazing customer service and amazing quality prints!! And the price is shockingly good for the print quality, I am in awe at how my prints turned out!!! Very happy and would recommend.

Excellent service and communication. The people I spoke to through email and phone were so patient and kind. But also the quality of the art prints and business cards exceeded my expectations, great price too. My artwork is very detailed so I am very pleased with the results. Thank you!!!
