Best Quality and Customer Service
We deal with several Print on Demand suppliers and Printed Mint has by far the best customer service that I have ever dealt with.
Printed Mint is amazing
Printed Mint is amazing! I have been using them for about 2 years now and have never had any issues. Fulfillment gets slow around Christmas, but that is expected and everything still arrives on time if ordered by the deadline date given. Their 11oz mugs and travel tumblers are my best sellers. If I am wearing a quoted t-shirt, it was printed by Printed Mint. The Print quality is always HQ. I will definitely continuing using them.
Outstanding POD provider!
Love their product options and packaging. I sell a lot of home goods and this provider has been my favorite to work with over the years. I can depend on them to pull through even during the crazy busy holiday season. Print work is beautiful and support team outstanding.
Never had a problem
I've been using them now for about a year. I ordered 4 shirts which came out perfect over the year. Print was nice, I mean yeah over the holidays it was a long wait, but they still came through. I don't understand why people on here are saying they suck. I never had a problem with them. I just ordered a shirt today for my cousin. What is unique about them is and not every print place does this is when you submit your shirt, it says we are not responsible for designs that aren't presented right please make sure before you submit and also you have to approve your design. If you make a mistake it's not on them. If you submit a design at low DPI i would assume it would come out crappy. Just saying, I never came across a company in the US, that has that claim before you purchase telling you to approve your design, nobody....I can't imagine you submit a design and they mess it up, they are good printers. I made my mom 3 shirts and they came out beautiful. The quality of most printing stores in the US has gone downhill. So many now have tons of bad reviews. I have read recent reviews on PM, people are getting upset. I don't get it. with what I experienced they don't strike me as bad printers. That's my 2 cents take it or leave it.
Do not buy glass mugs
They offer a range of products at decent quality. My biggest complaint is their glass mugs. I spent a lot to stock up on glass mugs for my Etsy shop because a lot of people were ordering them, but once I received it I saw how transparent my designs came through. Not legible at all. Unless your design is flat black you won’t be able to see anything. And there’s no way to really tell what you’re going to get. There are no reviews on their site and their Instagram doesn’t feature glass mugs. Their only disclaimer is a chart of how different colors look on the glass mug but even that looks better than what came. I will not be purchasing from them in the future.
Printed Mint takes no responsibility for damaged items
I had a terrible customer service experience with Printed Mint. My customer ordered 50 mugs - she had me ship them to a hotel in another city (not where she lives) where she was holding her company meeting. She was very organized and ordered 30 days ahead of the meeting so there would be no worries as to whether or not she would have the mugs there for everyone. She gets to the meeting and picks up the Printed Mint boxes and 10 of the mugs were completely broken. After her meeting was over, she sent me the photos and I couldn’t believe how badly they were packaged. I immediately contacted Printed Mint to request a refund (customer at this point didn’t want replacements as the event was over and everyone had returned to their hometowns). Because I didn’t inform PM of the damage within their specified timeframe (which was well before the date of the event), they refused the refund. And took absolutely no responsibility for the damage. I of course refunded the customer for the mugs. Needless to say that was the last time I used PM. And I was a very good customer for them - hundreds of orders in a few short months. But this, and the fact that there was no way my customer could have inspected the shipment before her arrival at the hotel - none of this mattered.
AMAZING- BEST printing and drop ship…
AMAZING- BEST printing and drop ship company I have ever worked with! So thankful I’ve found this company after trial and error with some other companies—Printed Mint is by far superior in print quality, packaging and customer service. One of their in-house designers caught an error I made and contacted me right away and gave me the opportunity to update my customers file. I’m so thankful for their attention to detail and the support they offer. The customer support employees are real people you actually talk to on the phone. Very impressed with my experience so far

DO NOT USE!! Used Printed Mint for 4 years with over 8000 orders placed. In 2020 this company began substituting items that were not as advertised and denied doing so. After many photos and attempts to rectify the situation, they refused to make it right. I had to refund over 200 customer orders and lost thousands of dollars. Horrible and unethical company. They were very good from 2017 to June 2020. Their greed got in the way. I pulled 100% of my business. They have a scripted customer service person. Yes, ONE customer service rep. Her scripted response to every problem is "Our sincere truest apologies". They are TRULY the most unethical company that will stab you with a big smile.
DO NOT USE PRINTED MINT!
I began working with Printed Mint in 2020 and processed about 100 orders with this company. I started noticing there was inconsistencies in the print quality and constant low stocks which is what ultimately led me to stop utilizing them for printing. Along with poor print quality the customer service is absolutely terrible. I’ve contacted customer service on numerous occasions with problems varying from misprints, issues with Shopify integration, and shipping. Each and every time I’ve reached out to customer service I get the same select few people who always send their “sincerest apologies.” But this is just something that they say to pacify their customers. Never have they been able to offer me a solution that I’ve been 100% satisfied with. The final straw for me was receiving a tee shirt that was burned and being told to wash the tee shirt because it was “pretreatment” even though the shirts were clearly printed incorrectly. I chose Printed Mint for their customization option but a sticker on a package and crinkle paper is just not enough to make me stay for poor quality and poor customer service.
Unempathetic & Irresponsible
This company cannot be trusted. Yes they can be trusted to do the job, but they cannot be trusted to do their job hundred percent. And when you reach out to them with concerns, they come back saying that you should read their website. Sure, you have all the time in the world to do that.
On asking for a replacement or at least a portion off the refund or anything to remedy my poorly printed glass mugs, I received a “we are sincerely apologetic” and then added that they’re unable to offer a more favorable response. Isn’t that UNEMPATHETIC and IRRESPONSIBLE?!
Saying that they’re not able to guarantee exact symmetry on borders on my mugs is UTTERLY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSE. I see that they were able to guarantee ALL POSSIBLE ERRORS on my products when they took my hard earned money while unemployed during pandemic.
Saying that they “highly recommend checking out the Resources dropdown menu” is STUPID AND EGOSITIC. Because, I don’t have time to sit and read every freaking website’s 4-5 pages. So their TONS of helpful information is not really helpful. How on earth would I know that I would need assistance with correctly creating their designs when their digital mockups are set up to lie and manipulate a customer?
I couldn’t dispute this issue via email hence here I am warning anyone contemplating on working with them!
It just hurt too much only because here I am investing my last of my savings to make a business happen so I can survive, and heartless humans like them take my money, make MISTAKES and don’t even bother to offer a decent customer service!
FYI - I just found multiple companies with a note that actually says that their art team would make a free virtual proof for my approval before printing. THAT is professionalism. So if they can do it, printed mint can, too. But they just choose to be amazing about it!! And for them to expect me to put their error products on my website is absolutely savage of them!
The WORST COMPANY that exists!
Update: After writing the review below, I am assuming they must have seen it, because after several days, they emailed me with a replacement opportunity. I couldn’t go through another mess up so I asked for a refund. And they agreed. However, its sad that it took a review like this to make them budge. Why take such a risk when you could have provided a replacement/refund opportunity in the first place?
